The space
This beautifully redesigned 1450 sq. ft. corner unit offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from its expansive wraparound oceanfront balcony. With three sliding glass doors opening from the living and dining areas, you’ll enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living. Watch dolphins, pelicans, and even manatees, or take in the vibrant sunsets and dramatic Gulf storms, all from the comfort of your private balcony.

Inside, the open-concept living space is bright and welcoming, featuring a leather reclining sofa, swivel chairs, surround sound, and dimmable lighting for perfect ambiance. The dining area seats four at a counter-height table, with additional bar seating for two, all with stunning Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare meals or mix cocktails, including plenty of ice for your blender creations.

The master suite offers a king-size bed, private balcony, wall-mounted TV, an en suite bath with double vanities, a frameless glass shower with dual shower heads, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed and TV, is perfect for privacy, with a nearby bath featuring a spacious glass shower.

Located in the boutique Pier House at Indian Rocks Beach, this secure, 25-unit building includes a heated pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, outdoor shower, and direct beach access. You’ll love the peaceful residential vibe and the proximity to dining and entertainment.
