Welcome to "Beach Blues" where you'll only have the "Blues" when you are leaving! Newly renovated decks and beach level travertine patio allows you full ocean view from 3 levels and direct beach access in one step! Professionally and comfortably decorated inside too! No more lugging your beach items as we provide chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and beach towels. Perfectly located close to restaurants, groceries and activities. Few miles from Clearwater, Dunedin and the new St Pete Pier.

The space
We only have 1 dedicated parking spot under the house. There is pay parking on the street for $4.50 per hour from 8:00am to 10:00 pm every day of the week. Call to discuss alternate options if you need two cars. Very relaxed and comfortable furniture, both indoor and outdoor, makes this the ideal vacation home! With three brand new decks there is plenty of space to spread out and watch the sunsets from multiple levels!!

Guest access
Guest can access the entire 2 level condo from two separate entrances. Guests can enjoy two outdoor showers, covered picnic table and one covered parking space.

Other things to note
Guests have access directly to the beach from a private path. We have an outdoor closet under the house for beach chairs, umbrella (s), and beach toys. The beach towels are located in the downstairs bathroom cabinet.
