The space is perfect for visiting NYC with friends, family, or colleagues. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas flow out to a large terrace, ideal for relaxing evenings together while enjoying the city lights. Fresh towels and luxurious bathroom amenities (Grown Alchemist, Paul Mitchell) are provided for your use.

Please note: ALONK Penthouse is a walk-up unit (three flights up). There is no elevator. For families: there is enough space for a stroller near the ground floor entrance.

Deep cleaning of the apartment — covering the bathroom, kitchen, floors, and surfaces. We can connect you to our housekeeper. Kindly allow her 2 weeks in advance to schedule your cleaning. Thank you.

Please note, to book the entire penthouse, we require guests to have an established Airbnb experience and multiple excellent reviews in all categories.

For reasons of safety, cleanliness, and property preservation, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing additional furniture or using the premises for storage purposes. A maximum of two pieces of luggage per guest is allowed. All personal belongings must remain within this limit.
