Monthly Rentals in East Side

We stayed for a month in this apartment. It's on the second floor, so it's not too bad a climb. Location is really great, 2 mins away from 96 St subway station, 30 min walk to central park. Bus to park from 96 street comes frequently that brings you to Central Park or the Upper West Side (to shop at Trader Joes). We liked the size of the apartment, which is great for a couple, or cozy for a small family. The bathroom is a bit of a disappointment as the sink is too close to the toilet, and the water pressure is pretty dismal, but overall, it's manageable. Heating is central control, and can be a bit tricky to navigate, but if you're cold, using the standing heaters. There's a Whole Foods nearby so you can get your groceries there, or a Key Foods around the corner. We are fans of Trader Joe's so it's a bit of a hike... Overall, a great place for NYC. Good price. UES is not great for food options but you'll manage... We recommend this place as the host is amazing. Very responsive.

Incredible! This UWS micro studio exceeded my expectations. This was the cleanest air bnb i’ve ever stayed in. Nat’s team is a well oiled machine. Any question I asked were responded to timely and everything i requested was tended to. The super of the building, Raul, was incredible and was at my doorstep so fast when requested (fire alarm needed batteries mid stay). LOVE LOVE LOVED this experience

This was the perfect place for my month long rotation at a near by hospital. The apartment has plenty of space for one person. The building itself is very clean and well maintained. I needed to extend my stay by a few days and the host responded within the hour and was happy to accommodate my request. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the upper east side!

I stayed for 1 month and I would describe this as a great way to get a "New York Experience" without most of the bad things people hear about. The neighborhood is central, safe, near everything and less than a block from the 6, E and M. The home is just the right size, very quiet, well kept (bug/pest free) with excellent furnishings (basically like going to sleep in World Market, style-wise). I slept so well that I asked Nathan to send me a link for the mattress he has. Laundry in the basement is also a huge bonus for long stays. Overall great experience, I would have stayed longer if it hadn't been booked already. It's priced accurately in the current market as well. Local Hints: The Smith down the street is your best bet for consistently good meals. There's a CVS and Duane Reade around the corner. You can walk to Grand Central easily, but the 6, E, M connect to every subway hub in Manhattan. Drop-off/pick-up by car is easy, there's an unusual amount of room on the street.
