Condo vacation rentals in New York

Med was a great host who made it easy to check in and feel welcome in a new city. He took the time to get to know me and made an effort to ensure my three-month stay was comfortable. The apartment is a block away from a bus stop and a bike ride away from the Port Imperial ferry terminal, so getting to NYC is fairly easy. The neighborhood was sometimes loud at night, with music from the neighbors and sirens in the background, but overall the area felt safe. There were on occasion some issues, such as a leaky sink and clogged drains, but nothing major. It is hard to find such a good deal with quick access to the city. Overall a positive experience! I would/will stay there again! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your home Med!

Couldn’t find a better view of NYC! Sam was extremely responsive and kind. I hardly knew they were home. Peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful few days in Anthony’s apartment in Williamsburg. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and is extremely convenient to subways, coffee shops, restaurants etc. It’s also tastefully appointed and well designed. I wish the weather had been warm enough to spend time in the backyard. It’s beautiful! Anthony is super responsive and welcoming! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back!

I had an amazing stay at Catherine’s place! The location is convenient with easy access to bus and subway station. Catherine is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing stay! Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Great hospitality and communication was excellent. View of the water and lots of space. Could also park right out front, vet accommodating and friendly.

Lovely stay in an incredible location!

Absolutely incredible stay at Kyle’s place! The location truly can’t be beat—right on 5th Avenue, just steps from the Empire State Building and smack in the middle of everything. You’re surrounded by amazing restaurants, and with the subway close by, getting anywhere—whether it’s a trip to Brooklyn or catching a Yankees game in the Bronx—is super easy. The view from the apartment? Unreal. Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. We were blown away the moment we walked in. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and Kyle made it such a great experience. He’s a super cool guy and was a fantastic host. Can’t thank him enough for trusting us with his home—we’d 100% stay here again!

Great location and good value for money. The PATH is a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting to NYC easy.

Centrally located, safe parking, everything was as advertised.

Great place to stay! The showers are so relaxing. Close to everything you need. You won’t need to bring any toiletries as everything is stocked. Very clean!

Visit the area multiple times a year very familiar with this area but even if you aren’t train access real easy.

We immediately felt at home and did not regret for a minute having taken a hotel in Manhattan!! The house was super cozy and lovingly furnished. The beds were big and super comfy. We were able to sleep wonderfully! Great amenities (shower cosmetics, hair dryer, pharmacy, etc.) Everything was available!!!! Ella was always available to us and always responded quickly when we had questions! On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay longer in the house, as our flight was only very late. Thanks again for that ;) The bus stop was around the corner and only 3 stops (10-15 minutes) from Manhattan! We had a great vacation in a 100% recommended accommodation!! Thanks for everything!

Taz’s place was great value, rooms were spacious, the high ceilings were a nice plus and he even had a crib available for use. If you’re a light sleeper, there is some noise upstairs late night (thanks for those earplugs, Taz!) from other tenants I assume. Not a big deal. Lots of cute places to eat and cafecitos walking distance. Street parking isn’t readily available but there is a reasonably priced garage within a few minutes of walking. Felt safe walking at night. Overall, would recommend for a family.

House was clean and beautiful, just as pictured. Check-in was easy, Host responded very quickly when I had a question. Bed was comfortable, house and neighborhood was quiet. We would stay there again 😀

Trish is a great host. Always friendly and responsive. No issue at all. Easy check in and out. Her instructions are. clear. The location is quiet, has easy access to transportation and local communities. The neighborhood feels safe. Her unit is clean and look exactly as shown. It’s a reasonable price for the place. Recommended.

Such a nice, quiet place in the craziness of NYC. Robert was a super good host and communicator. Just a little tipp: if you are looking for a place to store your bags, don't use the bounce closest to the apartment, because they might not be there when they tell u. We waited half an hour together with angry people trying to get hold of their post and went to the next bounce after at Broadway, which worked just fine!

I had a quick one-night stay at Benjamin's place. It was a very comfortable space. The living room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The bed was quite comfy. Overall, it was a great place to stay--wish I'd had another day to enjoy the apartment.

The apartment is of unparalleled quality, great brightness and very bulky spaces. Everything is available for our stay except household products or a vacuum cleaner, but we always find something to get by. The neighborhood is friendly, in 30 minutes maximum, we are at the World Trade Center, large park nearby, side shops available. I want to highlight the availability and speed with which the owner responds:) Thank you for this great apartment!

My family and I had a blast staying at Erika’s place! It looked even better in person. This was my families first time experiencing New Jersey. Transportation is only down the street at walking distance and local markets are easy to get to. She also provided some games such as Uno, connect four, and Jenga for those rainy days we decided to stay in. I would love to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Tee’s home. Host was very welcoming and responsive towards any questions I’ve had. The unit was clean and exactly as described. We opted out of taking public transportation and drove to NYC which was about 40 min on a good traffic day, but def would not recommend to do so at night time. Overall, we had a great time in the unit, it’s super cozy and makes you feel right at home. Host was amazing and accommodated to our changed plans, which really helped us out. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a great stay with Thomas. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Thomas provided all the support that we needed for a weekend in Brooklyn. The location of the apartment is great near a park and 7 minutes from a train station. We would love to stay with Thomas in a future opportunity.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Brian’s, it is conveniently located near so many restaurants and shops that are in walking distance. They were very responsive if we had any questions. The home was amazing!
