Single story brand new home in the vibrant Murray Hill neighborhood. All new amenities and construction. Washer dryer is available but please avoid using any outside products or chemicals not provided by the host as we strive to keep this a fragrance-free space for our more sensitive guests. *lawn service comes every other Wednesday for a few hours to keep things looking fresh*

This is an allergy-friendly space to provide a safe haven for sensitive or health-conscious guests who are looking for a space free of allergens such as dust, mold, or fragrances.

No unauthorized pets. No fragrances such as candles, incense, wax burners, diffusers, etc. please use the detergent provided if you need to wash clothes and do not introduce any smoke, moldy items, or fragrances to the home

Extra cleaning fee for excessive mess $200
Unauthorized pets or guests $100 per pet/person
Late unauthorized checkout $20/hour
