Located just minutes from the town's top-rated restaurants and cafes, you can indulge in delicious cuisine and beverages without the need to travel far. Just a short drive to the beach, you’ll enjoy all the beach has to offer, from strolling along the shore to swimming in the ocean. Or dine alfresco and take in the sea salt breeze from the inter coastal in nearby downtown.

The house can sleep up to 8 adults OR 8 adults and 2 children. We have a mini crib for infants.

A gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook up anything you need. We take pride in outfitting our kitchen with:

+ plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as spices, ☕️ , and cooking oil
+ 2 refrigerators

Our house is in old town so all the sight seeing is where we are. Although we are near the water and sailing cruises, there are no beaches in downtown.
There are so many beaches nearby:
🏖️ Anastasia State Park (3 miles). Many people bike there. It’s an 8 minute drive. Bike rentals are just down the street from our house at the Lincolnville museum.
🏖️ Vilano Beach, 5-10 minutes depending on traffic.
🏖️ St. Augustine Beach- 10-15 min, park anywhere along the island (free parking)

+ 🌊 Under 10 minutes to multiple beaches

You’re welcome to enjoy all rooms of the home. The office closet will be locked off as the owners cleaning and supply closet. Otherwise, please make yourself at home.

Other things to note
We allow dogs with prior approval and a fee. Please be respectful of our home and neighborhood and pickup after your pet and do not leave them in the yard when you are not in the house. We have many full time residents around us. We’re sorry but no German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Dalmatians, Great Pyrenees, Doberman Pinschers or aggressive dogs of any kind without prior approval. Dogs who cannot be left unattended without excessive barking may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

A $500 deposit is collected through Airbnb prior to arrival.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, be mindful of keep doors and windows closed.
