Newly renovated 2 bed/2 bath home only 15 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach!! This HGTV style unit has everything you need. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and an en suite. The second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twins. The living room has a queen size pull out couch and a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and more! The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from pots and pans to a Keurig! Washer and dryer located in the unit free of charge!

Other things to note
This is a duplex. Unit A is located at the front of the property. Parking available in the driveway that accommodates 2-4 cars.

Check in and out times may be flexible. Inquire via message if the listed times do not work for your plans and I will do my best to accommodate your request!

Dogs are welcome! Pet fee will apply. There is no fence around the yard but there is a small side yard that your dog can play and go potty. It is suggested that all pets are kept on a leash at all times while outside. There is a security deposit that would apply if the pets caused additional mess or damage. Please use grocery bags under the sink to clean up pet mess and put in green trash bin at the back of the house. No animals on the furniture please! Thanks!
