Other things to note
Please note this is a coastal property just steps from the beach, so you may experience occasional sand, humidity, or typical Florida weather patterns. We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags), but longer stays may require additional supplies. Quiet hours are 10PM–8AM. No smoking inside the unit. Please rinse off sand before entering to help keep the space clean. We provide a door code prior to arrival for easy self check-in. 🌴
Early check-in and late check-out requests are welcome; however, we can only confirm them on days when we do not have other guests arriving or departing. Because this is a large home that requires detailed cleaning and preparation, timing flexibility depends on the booking schedule. Cleaning company has the final say so.
We truly do our best to accommodate whenever possible and appreciate your understanding. For specific requests or questions, please reach out 48hrs prior to checking in. I-Jojo will gladly review availability and do her best to assist.
For guests with very early arrival or late-night flights, we suggest booking an extra night if the calendar allows to allow for early or late check out options.
