Welcome to 108 New Orleans St a 2 story duplex (side A and side B) located 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and close to the Starboard. The 2 units have a separate entrance and are rented as one unit. Both units have kitchens, 2 upstairs bedrooms, and 1 full bath. One of the best perks of the property is the large outdoor space with a grill, seating, and room for games. A perfect way to relax with family and friends.

The space
Side A
The larger of the 2 units. The first floor is an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. The full bathroom is located off of the LR. A spiral staircase takes you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 double beds in an open area and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins.

Side B
Is the smaller of the 2 units. Upon entering the front door you will be in the lower level with an efficiency kitchen and full bathroom. The stairs will lead you to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom is an open area with 1 double and 1 twin bed.

To help keep our rental rates reasonable we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels. A sheet rental number will be provided with our check in details.

The yard of the duplex with grill is spacious and a well loved area for outdoor games and relaxing with family and friends. There's plenty of seating to enjoy a picnic lunch or drinks after a long day at the beach.


Another great perk- private parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway of this property.

This duplex can be rented for short stays

During primetime summer months (July and August) we don't do Saturday check ins or outs.

There are comforters and pillows on the beds. Please bring your own sheets and towels. A phone number for sheet rental will be provided.

This is a smoke and vape free rental unit

Up to 2 dogs are permitted with prior approval and an additional pet fee.

This property doesn't have laundry facilities. The closest laundromat is in Rehoboth.
