This place was amazing. Sage and Shannon were wonderful hosts and they were super helpful. Anytime I texted they always responded immediately and gave us assistance when we needed it. They also organized the house very nicely and gave us everything we needed. The coffee maker was also great to have in the mornings. The neighborhood is very serene and the neighbors were very friendly as well. I also enjoyed the nice stream at the back of the house. There was also a nice shopping center 5 minutes away for any groceries we needed to cook at home. In addition, the deck was very nice and the lights lit up very nicely at night. Overall, they really made this place feel like home throughout our stay and the beds were very comfortable as well. Great experience staying here and we look forward to staying here again at this place in our future trips to Bethany.

Space was super clean & exactly what we expected. Instructions on how to get there & how to get in were easy to follow. The host was unbelievably kind & gracious. Helped us with any issues or problems we had. Perfect space for two people. If I go back to Rehoboth beach I would want to stay there again.

We had a great stay! The house was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and located on a beautifully private piece of property. It was just the two of us, but the space could easily accommodate a larger group—up to 8 people comfortably. The hosts were thoughtful in stocking the house with plenty of supplies in case you forget essentials like shampoo or Band-Aids. Having a washer and dryer available was also a big plus. Check-in and check-out were seamless and super convenient. The only recommendation I’d make is some TLC for the lawn in the front and back. The area with the grill had tall grass and no outdoor seating, which made it harder to enjoy the outdoor space. It looks like they might be growing a clover lawn, which we are big fans of but it just needed a little love. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing stay—we’d definitely return!

My son and I stayed here during a lacrosse tournament weekend. It’s an easy drive to the DE Turf complex and other local attractions. The Airbnb was great- clean, plenty of space and helpful communication from the host.

Small wonders

I can’t say enough positive about Jennifer’s cottage. First off it looked & even smelled brand new. Not just the house but everything inside, from the furnishings, bedding, decorations, appliances did as well. It was immaculate. Comfortable. Convenient to so many local attractions. Jennifer also was a perfect host. Proactive and communicative. Probably the only place I’ve stayed where I didn’t need to contact the host for a question or issue after arrival. Her instructions and information were complete and clear. We are hoping that all her future guests take care of this gem so that it remains as pristine as it is now.

Oasis at Munchy branch & Bike trail & Dog Friendly

Our family of 4 adults and one pup stayed at Elena’s place for 3 nights. We instantly felt at home. Spending the day at the beach was great & we chose to bring dinner in & have family time in the evening. The furniture is very comfortable & the kitchen is huge. We made great memories in this beautiful home. The house is very clean & uncluttered. It definitely felt like vacation! Everything was provided including beach chairs, beach towels & a beach umbrella. This was a wonderful bonus! We were amazed at the master bathroom. It was larger than my dining room at home. We definitely had enough space in the house. Elena was a wonderful host!! She responded very quickly to any questions we had. The beach was 3 miles away so it was a short drive to the beach. We were able to find parking near the beach. We were careful walking our dog at the house but were able to cross the road to a large sidewalk & walk around neighborhoods down the street. I highly recommend this Airbnb! Fantastic!

Peaceful off the beaten path on the Delaware Bay

Had a great stay at Vinnie’s place. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole stay. Place was beautiful and relaxing. Brought our dog with and he loved walking on the beach. If you’re looking for quiet, but the ability to go down to Lewes or Rehoboth on a short drive this is the place! We will definitely be back!
