The Helena house is very nice and cozy, everything was my clean. It has everything you need to spend very pleasant days of rest. The garden is very beautiful and a very quiet and safe area. Excellent attention from Dalila, always attentive and clear. Highly recommended place. Thank you so much. 🌹

I would have liked to stay more days, since you enter the house it gives you that tranquility, the house is very clean and tidy. The patio accessible to relax, quiet area. I recommend more than a day to enjoy the house. Thank you, we'll be back soon

The house has a beautiful architecture and decoration, it is a very pleasant and pleasant place to enjoy and of course return, with many details from Ana and Josefina who were also very friendly and respectful and were aware of all our questions and needs. This place is really lovely. It's an historic home that is beautifully furnished. Isabel, the housekeeper/cook is wonderful. Her meals were delicious and she was extremely helpful. Robert responded immediately to any problems we had. Unfortunately, our first night there was the coldest night maybe in the history of SMA. Like most homes in SMA, there is no heat. We were not able to get the fireplace going & the bathroom heater didn't help much. I don' t know if anything would have helped because it was 40 degrees! Robert's exhaustively complete instructions provided the name of doctors who made house calls, & one came to look at my husband who was sick. It warmed up and things got better. While the large main bedroom could definitely use brighter light (we weren't able to read at night), the living room is a fabulous room. The location is amazing, the house is beautiful, the trip was fabulous. Robert is a great host, the town is stunning, the house very special.

Our stay in the "house of the Spaniards" was incredible, Silvano's attention was second to none, the super equipped house, comfortable, the pool always warm, even at night, we have everything you need for our stay until super flexibility for the schedule and departure. We definitely want to come back!

The house was spotless and beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, modern and in a great location. We were a group of 6 people and everyone had plenty of space and enjoyed the place. Easy to get to all must-see places in Guanajuato. Christel was very responsive to all our requests and eager to help in any way possible. We loved staying at this place - we highly recommend it. We would definitely stay again at this house.

The house was very nice, spacious, nice, impeccable, the area was very quiet, the sunsets were always attentive and responded quickly when we needed it. There is a HEB 5 minutes away that made it easier for us to shop, easily accessible, we spent a few days very comfortable. We felt right at home!

The place is very quiet and nice, you feel very comfortable in the accommodation! Ana María's attention seemed excellent, she is very attentive and always on the lookout, access is very easy, and everything is very clean! Excellent place to forget the city stress!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it.
