Great place to stay, excellent location

We have stayed at numerous Airbnb's and Alice's Palace was the most amazing property we have stayed at. The location is central to all activities. The two rooftop decks provide gorgeous views of the city. The apartment is beautifully decorated with art and antiques from all over the world, Most importantly, Alice and Christine were extremely supportive with recommendations for meals and sights to see. We can not wait to visit the property again sooner rather than later. 11 out of 10!

Everything was excellent

We had planned a 2024 Thanksgiving almost 1 year and half before and this home was so accommodating for the 12 plus and 1 toddler family that attended. San Miguel has always been a favorite destination and we were not disappointed. The home was extremely comfortable with all the bedrooms and bathrooms accompanied. Erika was very responsive to some of our concerns and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The location is wonderful as far as extremely close to the plaza and very walkable. We had a very lovely Thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Blanca and her staff that was above our expectations. We can't say enough praise about the staff that comes with the house. It was truly 5 star service. We would highly recommend this home for a special and large family gathering.

The stay is better than the photos show, clean, and above all cozy, it is very close to shopping malls and avenues for public transport, there was a small inconvenience with check-in, but the truth is that the host always showed initiative and was able to solve that detail, out of that I recommend it without any problem.

The apartment is exactly as described and the same as shown in the pictures. Excellent for spending time with family. Fractionation is very quiet and safe. It is 20 minutes from downtown San Miguel but if you take a car there is no problem with the transfer. I would definitely come back.
