Excellent service from Paola, we were going to a wedding and she gave us the opportunity to arrive before the scheduled time, her suite is super nice and clean, it has a great view, I'm sure when the vineyard starts to bear fruit the view must be much cooler, the stay is very relaxing and everyone is very friendly, I recommend it 100%, the whole place is super nice!

Jessica was very nice and communication with her was extremely agile. The place is quite nice, quite private and spacious.

An excellent stay with Gustavo, the staff was wonderful and was very attentive at all times. As a recommendation I would only tell them to leave a key with the hosts so they can return during the hours of their preference to the building. But everything is excellent and the place is very nice, cared for and without noise.

Good economical place in an excellent location.

The location is downtown, there are some museums nearby and places to eat, the area is very quiet at night, we didn't hear any noise. The stay was pleasant as it had all the amenities mentioned, it was only a little hot at night but there is also a fan to avoid that.

What a beautiful hotel to stay in , right in the center of it all . Everyone was so helpful and super nice , the place was clean with mesmerizing views. I will highly recommend this hotel if your looking into staying in Peña de Bernal Querétaro!!!
