Monthly Rentals in Greenland

The home was spacious and extremely clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We enjoyed many of the little extras that were provided such as coffee and snacks. Also liked being able to park our car in the garage. Mitzie kept in touch and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay in this house again!

Leon's place was great! Very relaxing and deceptively large, while still being perfectly cozy. Would absolutely return!

Déa's place was outstanding! It had every amenity I needed for an extended stay: kitchen and washer, dryer, etc. The location couldn't have been more perfect either, as it is very near a bike path which granted quick access to restaurants, art, and more. A grocery store is just a block or two away which was very convenient. Déa and Al were also amazing hosts, as they were quick to respond to any questions I had, and shared lots of tips on enjoying their fantastic city. Would absolutely stay again!

I stayed here for my UofA graduation and could not have been more pleased. Mrs. Elizabeth was extremely kind, thoughtful, and efficient. Her and her husband provided the most safe, peaceful, clean, and comfortable atmosphere. If anyone ever wanted to know what the blueprint for an AirBnB should be, this would be it. I had an amazing time and they were thoughtful enough to leave an air mattress out for my guests! I never felt unwelcome and their home was SPOTLESS. I could smell the cleanliness when I walked in. They put much effort, love, and care into their home, and it’s obvious. And that bed!? Beyond comfortable. Thank you kind folks for an amazing stay. Perfect is an understatement. If I ever return to Fayetteville for ANY reason, this is the first place I’d look. Thank y’all so much!!!
