Vacation rentals with beach access in Greatstone

A lovely apartment, perfect location, a few mins walk to the Winter Garden. Very clean with everything you'll need, would definitely stay here again. Richard was a great host and allowed a later check out which was handy.

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. Thank you Chris for the excellent information.

Amazing stay at Debs place! It’s even cosier than it looks in the pictures and she’d even put up a Christmas tree to make it festive as well which was a nice touch. Place was spotless and bed really comfortable. We arrived a bit earlier and Deb said it was fine to check in earlier than planned and then on leaving day, trains back to London were a nightmare because of storms, so deb let us leave later than planned too and was so quick with responses and bent over backwards to try help. Couldn’t recommend enough and will definitely stay again when in deal!

There’s a reason we keep returning to this wonderful seaside bolt-hole. The best location, wonderful host and overall a very relaxing time. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

It was our first time to try airbnb and we had great experience. We really liked your flat. It was very clean, organised, and especially the location, there was a great view of the sea from bedroom and living room. Also, near to the train station. Kitchen amenities were complete as listed and advertised. We are looking forward to stay again in the future.

Great little flat close to the beach and a short walk from town. Very quiet and peaceful. Possibly could benefit from a solar light or similar in the porch as if like me you arrived after dark it was a little difficult to see. But a great stay.

Apartment was right next to the sea. Three huge bedrooms with big double beds. Well-equipped kitchen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Robert’s Beach House! The location is perfect—right on the coastline with stunning views out to the sea that we could never get enough of. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and so well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing space to come back to after exploring. It was also an easy walk into town, 15 mins, where we enjoyed some lovely restaurants and mooching around! Having underground parking was such a bonus, especially during Storm Darragh—it kept us and our car safe and dry! A big thanks also to Fila, who greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful on our stay. If you’re in the area, we highly recommend grabbing breakfast at the Bus Cafe; literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment, it was the perfect way to end our last morning, enjoying a delicious Bacon Focaccia and coffee with more beautiful views. Thank you so much, Robert, for a fantastic stay! We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely location, walking distance to the beach and The Gallivant hotel. Ample parking and spacious accommodation. Great entertaining space with an open plan kitchen, dining and seating area. Wonderfully light and bright due to the big glass windows.

We had a wonderful weekend for my mother's birthday. Beach, even when the weather was wild, was beautiful. Adrian was a great host. Plenty of space in the house for everyone.

We loved our stay at Greatstone, well equipped comfortable home. Lovely to step out and walk on the beach. Plenty to do within short driving distance. Rye is lovely. Excellent well stocked spar along the road.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Sam’s property where we had a gentle and very special celebration for a friend’s birthday. 13 of us stayed in the house - all adults. The house was beautiful and immaculately presented - the location with easy access to the beach was perfect! The additional sleeping areas of the airstream cabin and the white cabin were excellent. As 13 women together we did a lot of cooking! I have to say the kitchen was brilliant - amazing oven, 2 big fridges a separate freezer and everything we needed to cook (sometimes this is not the case with Air bnbs and I take my own knives etc) It was a fantastic set up in the kitchen and the space was really well thought out. The little seating areas and book books around the space were so wonderful - lots of little break out areas to chat and read in the sun This was a really special weekend for our friend and we feel like this was the perfect space to have been in. Thank you so much. We won’t forget it x

Barefoot was welcoming and very family and pet friendly, we stayed for the weekend and had an absolutely amazing time. The fire pit, African drums, comfortable outdoor chairs and dining table, clean towels for both the beach and showers. We had such a good weekend, the weather was amazing and so was the beach house more than i would expect the facility's really are amazing everything you could possible need including drinks fridge, coffee machine with pods provided, dishwasher tablets, washing machine literally you need to take nothing but food and drinks. The best Air B and B I have stayed in and would definitely go again. Thank you Mark for sharing your beautiful family beach house.

Lovely house with nice touches all over the place. Only downside, some of the beds (we found) were a bit hard.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Whitstable! The location couldn't have been more perfect – less than a minute from the high street, and with everything we needed within walking distance. It made exploring this charming town so easy and enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, immaculately clean, and so thoughtfully set up. We didn’t need to contact the owners at all because everything was so straightforward and well-prepared. They even left a lovely selection of teas, coffee, snacks, and water for our arrival, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly welcome. My wife and kids absolutely loved it here, and we all felt at home from the moment we walked in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again – highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Whitstable!

We loved our stay at Melody’s flat, even with the storm this weekend! It was cozy, had all the amenities we needed and within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Margate. Melody was a thoughtful and responsive host, would highly recommend!

The apartment has a lovely view of the sea. We very much liked the design and location and look forward to our next visit to Margate.

Really well kept, neat and cosy place to stay. Perfectly located at the biggest tidal pool Ive seen. Place was cozy and had everything to enjoy a great cup of coffee and cook up something nice. Tastefully decorated!

Great Apartment, well worth the two flights of stairs. Very comfortable. You can park free outside between 18.00 and 9.00 with some more remote parking available via Just Park.

Really great stay at Coco By The Bay. The place is appointed really nicely and has much bigger floor space and lovely high ceilings than the pictures can show. It was immediately very homely and although I was worried about it being cold in the winter weather, it was very cozy. The thermostat was set prior to our arrival and therefore was always warm to come back to after the countryside or across the road on the beach. Angela had got the place warm, clean and ready for arrival, so this was welcome after a long journey from 'up North'! Communication was EXCELLENT- very pro-active with clear check in and check out instructions. Decent wifi connection and kitchen well appointed for longer stays. The coffee machine was very welcome from my point of view- felt like a high end hotel suite! Also, the use of a comfy sofa bed was welcomed due to my snoring! Very romantic main bedroom with feature fireplace. Blinds might be welcome for lounge windows and cobwebs removed around windows but minor
