Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.

Laura’s place is perfect for a few days in Southwold. It is very well presented and spacious (more so than the photos suggest) and is in a prime location for exploring the town with only a few mins walk to the front and the high street. Laura was very flexible and responsive as a host too which was hugely appreciated. There were a couple of minor discrepancies in terms of the description and some of the kitchen items but they wouldn’t deter us from recommending or returning. It is a great place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place. Just a step or two from the beach, Sarah’s place gave us the get away we needed. The accommodation is very comfortable for both us and our dog who has the added bonus of the enclosed garden. The Smugglers Retreat has such a lovely feel to it. We would love to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lauren's lovely property, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The space is not only comfortable, but it also exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the property's proximity to the beach – just a short stroll away! It made for some truly special days. Lauren has clearly put a lot of thought into creating a delightful experience for her guests. The little touches throughout the property, from cozy linens to thoughtful amenities, were greatly appreciated and quite rare in many rentals these days. I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Lauren, for such a wonderful stay!

A lovely place to stay and explore this part of Norfolk. We enjoyed having the beach right behind the cottage and regularly saw a seal close to the shore. It was so handy being able to walk back to the cottage to grab food and drinks or pop to the beach first or last thing without getting in the car. Having bikes was great as we enjoyed cycling to Sea Palling. Beds comfy, sofa with farm scenery was great for chilling, good WiFi, dog friendly and a secure garden - this cottage had it all.

We had a fabulous few days here. The house is immaculate and has all the home comforts you need. So close to all the local amenities too. Absolutely lovely! The chalet was just right, the scenery was gorgeous. Perfect hideaway if you’re looking for a break from the hustle & bustle of everyday life. Louise checked everything was ok during our stay without it feeling intrusive. Peaceful but with easy access to nearby places like Yarmouth, Caister or Hemsby. Self catering or pop down the road to a lovely little cafe or bakery or jump in the car to go eat. ❤️

Loved Loved Loved our stay in beach house. It is an amazing location- so close to the sea and beach and listening to the waves 24/7 is amazing. The weather was so kind to us even though it was February- we saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets . The house is warm and cosy and very homely , and pets are welcome. We would definitely book again. We had a wonderful time, the location is just perfect and the cottage is nice and homely. James was a great host giving us good recommendations on arrival. We would recommend the boat hire on the broads which is just 15 mins away. The hammock in the front garden was a success with our 11 year old. We will be booking again in the future!

We found Sunset whilst looking for a last minute short break. When I say last minute, we literally booked it at 8pm the night before we wished to arrive! Liz was nothing but accommodating and even let us know that the chalet was ready earlier than the check-in time. On arrival, there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us, including biscuits for our dog, as well as lots of information about local places to visit and to eat. The chalet itself was cosy and very clean with comfortable beds and all the essentials needed, and more. The location was absolutely perfect, being so close to such a gorgeous beach was fantastic for the children and dog. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge then this is the perfect place!
