Monthly Rentals in Grantham

Very clean and fresh decor, well equipped kitchen, nice to have a bath with over bath shower rather than just a shower. Plenty of on street parking and easy access to the A1 which was what I was looking for in this area. Very responsive host.

Wonderful friendly hosts, lovely spacious flat, cosy, well furnished and equipped. Heated flooring was nice, felt very homely and very clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed. Will definitely be back if in the area. Loved the Christmas decorations too.

Brilliant studio apartment, exactly what I needed when working in the area for a few days. Handy for the A1, nice off road parking right outside the apartment. Decent shower, great WiFi, comfy bed. Hosts were responsive but discreet - I only met Ben in person once by accident when they were leaving as I arrived. Well equipped flat, I would definitely stay again.

The loft is a perfect little hideaway with everything needed for a pleasant stay.Sue was so friendly and helpful whilst leaving you to yourself.I would highly recommend for a relaxing peaceful stay . Thanks again Sue
