Monthly Rentals in Goodland

What an adorable, clean and nice place to stay. Everything about it was nice, and situated right on a canal with a spacious boat dock. The inside was furnished with an island feel and had everything we needed. I’ll even add VERY comfy beds too. We found the owners to be helpful, friendly and got back with us immediately.

Communication with Tonya was excellent and her place was clean and well appointed. The hook for me was the slip and ample parking for my boat trailer. We enjoyed the outdoor spaced, particularly the large deck with a grill and large patio table. I definitely hope to stay here in the future.

My husband and I were in Florida to attend a wedding on Marco Island and I’m so glad I chose to stay at this cute Airbnb in Goodland. We were just a quick uber ride away from all the wedding events! There are restaurants in walking distance… we enjoyed Stans and really really enjoyed Paradise Found. Live music everyday at both places! The Airbnb is small (duh.. it’s a tiny home 🙂) but it was the perfect amount of space for just two people.

Andy & monica were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The place is great with a lovely dock at the back we used every day/night. Would definitely recommend!
