The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

This airbnb is located on our working family farm on the outskirts of Gloucestershire - we are situated only 10 minutes away from the Malvern Hills, close to Worcester and Cheltenham. The Airbnb has just been renovated and there is a hot tub with a built in 100inch cinema screen powered by a projector. The hot tub is placed on raised decking overlooking our stunning garden and country fields. There is also a private enclosed garden perfect for dogs, also a gazebo including a heated lamp.

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 and 6 year old. The kids absolutely loved the bus and have talked about it every day since getting home. The location was amazing. views were beautiful. We really enjoyed the hot tub and toasting marshmallows on the fire pit. The kids loved the play area. Our only downside is that there is no curtains or blinds over the windows next to the bunk beds so the kids woke up very early! For the second night we fed some of the bed sheet down the side to try and cover the window a bit. Other than that we had a great stay and would highly recommend. A really unique place to stay.

Fabulous Relaxing Stay Feel like we’ve been away for a week - amazing place for 3 old friends to catch up, relax and chill. The house is perfect, kitchen well stocked and has anything you could ever want, bedrooms comfortable and beautifully furnished and hot tub good fun (although very warm!). Hosts left welcome bread, wine, butter and hot crossed buns - such a lovely treat. The hosts were fully responsive and they called when we had a minor issue with the cooker to make sure we were ok. Lovely walks from the house and lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. For wild swimmers Court Farm Lakes just down the road - an added bonus! This was our second visit and we’ll be back again. Perfect place thank you.

Cosy retreat in a beautiful area. The cottage is simply but comfortably furnished, with a kitchen area perfectly good enough to self cater while at the same time within walking (1 mile road/country lane and footway on main road) distance of the excellent pub/restaurant at Harewood End (bring a head torch for this in winter) - We had a week and wished we'd had an extra few days as there are so many great places (and pubs) in the area. Highly recommend the Hoarwithy circular walk which can be joined from the end of the lane and the lovely 14th c church at Hentland 10 mins walk from cottage. James was a welcoming host!

Beautiful private campsite in a lovely part of the world. Holly was super easy to communicate with and the site is thoughtfully designed with compost toilets, shower, sink, shelter and a hot tub - enough to make life easy but still have the ‘wild’ experience. Close to Stroud Farmers market and some great local pubs. Would highly recommend.

We've just had a lovely 3 nights staying at Julia's place. The bell tent is really spacious with comfortable beds and was perfect for me, my partner and our 2 kids (6 and 4). There was so much to do that the kids weren't all that bothered about going out! The trampoline and swing are fab and the games room is amazing. It's so well stocked we had hours of fun in there. Julia was absolutely lovely and welcoming and went out of her way to help us. The girls really enjoyed feeding her ducks and ponies with her. We would definitely go back.

Book as a last minute getaway. Had a very comfortable stay. It’s in a beautiful peaceful location, just as described in the listing. The tent was lovely and spacious with plugs for charging electronics etc . It had a comfy bed and pillows so got a great night’s sleep. 😴 Katherine is a great host and was quick to respond to my messages. Was given a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the place/facilities. The location was very easy to find. Just followed the directions for the address given and had a good 4G connection with EE so no issues with calls/data.

We loved every minute of our stay. We have two small children that loved running around and seeing the horses. The Huts are well equipped and clean, beautifully decorated and very cosy. The view from the huts is just breathtaking and the location itself is very peaceful and perfect if you are planning to visit the villages around the area. The host is very responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t ask for a more perfect weekend getaway. We will definitely be back again.

We had a lovely and well needed stay at Shepard’s rest. It’s quite picturesque and 10 minutes walk to Bibury. The cabin itself is an absolute delight. Cosy, comfortable with all mod cons inside. Tiago was highly responsive and very helpful throughout. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay! The photos don’t do it justice really. In a gorgeous setting, the Plough Share is extremely spacious, warm and comfortable. The building has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated with some lovely touches, as has Woodend Farm generally. The gorgeous view was very serene, especially when enjoying the hot tub (which was already set up for us on arrival and stayed well heated). Extremely easy to find and central to other areas of the Forest of Dean, and the beautiful Leaf Garden Centre directly opposite the main farm entrance really is worth a visit. Melissa was a very helpful host, answering our many questions beforehand and leaving some lovely welcome treats for us. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a 50th birthday and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended and many thanks!

Such a beautiful spot, ideal location in a private woodland, but also only a 10 minute walk from cafes, pubs, shops etc. Tom and his family were very friendly and went above and beyond what we expected, as our stay was part of an Easter hunt surprise for our kids. Tom kindly offered to place some eggs around the trail up to he tipi, as part of their Easter hunt. we couldn't have asked for more. We hope to visit again in the future!

Just got back from a lovely stay. Matt is a great host very approachable and made the experience easy from check in to check out. Lovely place, clean and tidy and comfortable beds with a lovely view of the lake! We went in the school holidays and we thought it really was a great price and well worth the money. Thank you for making it affordable for us parents with children who don’t always want to pay a mortgage just to take our children away! The park itself has a newly refurbished pool for children and soft play which was a hit. The restaurant isn’t very good onsite however if you drive to Cirencester there are lots of lovely pubs and restaurants. You can also order takeaway which is useful.
