We had a great stay at the Oak Cabin! Everything we needed was within easy distance and the place was really well stocked with all the necessities. The hosts were super helpful and gave clear directions to help us out. We are already planning our next trip back!

We stayed with Carley for our 1 year anniversary and both loved it. The location was amazing with lots to do and near wales which we went to after checking out in the morning. The hot tub is definitely worth paying for as it adds a level of luxury for a special retreat. Would highly recommend to others

We absolutely loved our stay at rectory retreat, the setting was beautiful and it was so peaceful. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very cleverly thought out. The hot tub looking out onto open fields under the stars was the cherry on the cake! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Myself and my boyfriend had a brilliant time staying in the Swan Pod. We had only booked for 3 nights but I definitely didn’t want to go home. It was easy to find and even easier to check in which is what I was hoping for. The lake is beautiful and the animals were just a bonus, I would definitely recommend if you want a nice, peaceful getaway for a few days.

A beautiful lodge in a peaceful area. The lodge was spotless and felt very comfortable and homely. There was lovely cake on arrival and everything you could need was there to use over the weekend. Charlie was a lovely host and always replied quickly to any questions we had. Only a short walk in to the town where there were some lovely little shops and pubs. Thanks for a lovely stay, would definitely recommend staying here.

What a find! Lodge was perfect, we had our own gate and drive, with plenty of room to park our car. Chickens were wandering free and we loved the 2 pigs that live in a yard within the grounds, we took them apples and made friends for life. The lodge had its own well kept garden accessible via gate. We also used the paddock next to the garden to walk our dog, which had a cut path. The lodge was clean, with well thought out equipment and a very comfortable bed. We were lucky to have sunny days in April and sat out in the garden and on the bench in a sun trap in front of the lodge, and the lodge was easy to warm in the cold evenings. Location was great and very quiet, yet we were able to visit the areas in the Cotswolds we wanted to with ease, as the A roads are close by. We had an evening meal at the Bathurst Arms and breakfast at Sam and Jaks in Cirencester, both excellent. Duncan was lovely and very helpful without being obtrusive, and we loved the fresh eggs. A compact cabin in a perfect location, with lovely surroundings, good for dogs and all that you need for your stay.

What a beautiful place Bumblebee Lodge is and the surroundings suited it well. We stayed for two nights and it felt like a week it was so relaxed. Loved that we were able to bring our dog and the site is very dog friendly also. Our boys loved the fishing, everyone was really helpful and friendly.

Me and my partner came here for three nights. Marjorie and Tom were very welcoming and friendly people. The cabin was surrounded by beautiful views and also very close to local amenities. Will be coming back 🙂

I was very happy to return to the Shed for a second stay and it was as comfortable and spacious as I remembered. I was able to feel immediately relaxed and at home. Steve has made some thoughtful improvements including more fridge/freezer space in the kitchen. On this visit I was able to explore the fabulous outdoor space with my dog in the beautiful spring sunshine. This is a magical fairytale setting and I hope to have a reason to return again soon.

The lodge was extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, we struggled to drag ourselves away from the views, the birds, the peace....We found it very well situated for exploring Malvern, Upton and Worcester. The well- maintained lakes provided enjoyable fishing. Everything from booking through to checkout was hassle-free. Would love to return in the future.

My second stay with Sandy and I loved this place again. If I did t already have someone I use regularly to stay with in Bristol, he would be my first choice. Very considerately for this stay Sandy had opened up for me and put the heating up (it was a very cold night!). This was lovely to arrive to after a long journey. It’s such a great place (see previous review) and I want to come back again asap.

We loved everything about the cabin, its location, and our stay. It is even better than the pictures - cosy, spotless, and in such a beautiful location, with birch trees, an apple orchard, and a view of fields and distant hills from the outdoor sitting area. It helped that both the sun and apple blossom were out - what a beautiful time of year to stay. We especially enjoyed the starry nights - away from any street lights, and with a fire pit - and the cosy wood burner as the temperature dropped!

We’ve loved our stay at Georgie and Andy’s place. It was exactly what we’d hoped to find, a cabin in peaceful surrounds with full privacy. It’s at the back of their property, surrounded by trees and hedges, next to an orchard with resident sheep. Birdsong in the morning, stars at night. It’s perfect for two and ideal for creatives. We didn’t have a car, so enjoyed the walk into Ross for whatever we needed. We never felt that anything was missing and hope to return again. Thank you for having us, it was wonderful to meet you.

Amelia’s place is a great spot for exploring the whole of Bath, not too far from the centre where it’s a hassle to get to and not so close where it’s busy. The place itself is lovely and feels very homely with everything you’ll need, and some great views from the bedroom. Amelia is also very helpful and quick to respond to whatever it is you may need. I highly recommend this spot if you’re looking to stay near Bath!

Absolutely loved it. We unfortunately had to work the day of the first night so didn’t check in till late. I notified Trevor and not only was the delay fine he’d even set the log burner for our arrival so it was nice and cosy when we arrived. In the morning when we opened the curtains in the front room we were greeted with sheep only yards away. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed the peaceful and tranquil surroundings, the lodge was perfect for us, we loved it, will definitely be going back.

Stayed the night for my partners birthday, decorations in the bedroom were the perfect touch. Very clean and tidy. Will be back soon :))

Communication was outstanding. It was clean and tidy and exactly what we wanted. Couldn’t fault anything. She even sent us lists of local restaurants/cafes the bus stop cost of it and where the train station was. We have a lovely time celebrating my daughter’s birthday.
