Monthly Rentals in Germantown

House was perfect for four adults, but it is set up to sleep 8 adults. Three bedrooms on main level each with king size bed. Another bedroom with king size bed and bathroom in basement. House was clean. Kitchen was well-appointed. Jake was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay again. Great location in Breese. Close to KC Hall and American Legion Hall. You could walk to both. Also could walk to Wallys for the best burgers.

Another breif stay at the Carrol Inn so we didnt need many ammenenities provided (condiments, coffee, hot chocolate, bath bombs, specialized soaps) but the host Carrie was again very helpful and friendly. Will stay again if back in the area.

Josh keeps this home in great shape. There are little touches you notice through out the house that make you feel welcome.

Liz is an excellent host who is also very responsive and provided us with ample assistance and support. I highly recommend her place to anyone seeking a place to stay.
