We had a great time celebrating my daughter's birthday in December! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store within walking distance. Went for a walk on the beach in the morning....Hope to be back soon!

My wife and I, along with our 2 young adult sons, drove from Canada to spend some time in Pasadena. J's condo was perfect for us. We really felt at home there and enjoyed being in close proximity to our good friends who we were visiting. Being from the country, it was also a treat to be within walking distance to restaurants and some food chains that we don't have in our hometown in Canada. While there, we had the pleasure of meeting J's family. Wonderful people who made us all feel very welcomed. When we return to Pasadena, we hope J's condo will be available as we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you J and family for being so kind to our family as well as for making our stay in Pasadena so comfortable. We look forward to seeing you again.

Sean is extremely helpful and friendly. He is responsive to our queries during our stay. Home is tastefully furnished and decorated.

We had a wonderful time and we loved the house! Eric was a gracious host and was always available. Loved the neighborhood and got to know some of the people around us. Was very grateful that we could bring our dogs!

We originally planned to stay for a month but my house was not ready to move in, so extended for 2 more weeks. Wilson & Leona are great hosts, very friendly and always responsive. Their place is very quiet, clean and safe in a gated community. Great location, walking distance to an Asian plaza nearby, Pizza Hut, KFC and CVS also available in that plaza. On weekends, you can enjoy shopping at a fair market just outside the Nogales high school, which is just located across the street, not mention Mexican BBQ also available there on weekend nights! Last, lots of Chinese food available nearby and 99 Ranch supermarket just 5 mins drive if you love Chinese cuisine!

Our stay was fantastic. The place was very clean and easy to get to. Even with the wildfires going on the unit smelled clean and plenty of space for my friends and I to sleep comfortably. Parking my SUV in the garage was a mission but the host warned about larger sized vehicles and there is ample amount of parking outside the garage. 10/10 would stay again for future trips.

we flew to LA for a trip to see the family i was a surrogate for! this place accommodated my family of 5. when an issue presented itself I let the host know and they were quickly responsive to what I said I was doing was fine.

I highly recommend this property as it’s worth the price. It’s a modern town house, very spacious with ensuite bathrooms in all 3 bedrooms, sparkling clean, stocked up on snacks, quiet neighborhood, close to Universal studios and other amenities. My family was thrilled to stay here. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a beautifully appointed place. Nice touches - bathrobes and slippers, basket for laundry, a plethora of beautiful cups and glasses for use, labeled drawers and cabinets. it was everything we needed and things were didn't know we needed. would absolutely recommend this to anyone staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house for a week. The place is clean and with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. It is walking distance to CalTech and downtown. And it is convenient to reach other areas of LA metro too. Helena is a great host. She is very responsive in communicating with us. We will definitely book again if we visit the area.

Elaine is a wonderful and kind host who was incredibly responsive and helpful during a challenging time for us due to the wildfires. Her care and attention left a very pleasant and lasting impression with us. She made a stressful time so much easier and comfortable. Beyond that, the living space looked exactly like the pictures (if not better) and was very clean and inviting. We felt right at home.

We are locals and this is one of the best neighborhoods on the East side, it's very close to all the freeways. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, parking was easy, lots of neighborhood shops and eating places. It's also a great neighborhood to go jogging!! The place is super comfortable and the beds are super comfy too. I would book here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wally’s in Huntington Beach. This is a super quiet neighborhood about a 20 minute easy walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. A king size bed is a must, and it was very cozy. I was sad to leave.

Amazing, clean home! Love the fact that we got a gate for security and easy access to the garage. The home was easy to find and easy to check in to. Great price for what all that you get. Highly recommended!

This Air BnB has everything we needed. Pro's. Great Air BNB for our family of 6. We came to Hollywood to attend the Lakers game and universal studios, and both a short distance. beds were super comfy. Great showers, In gated complex Has a parking garage (super tight for two cars) view of the Hollywood sign from main bed Con (nothing to do with the air BNB) but the street cleaner behind the complex blower vacning the leaves at 1am was offensive. I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

We had a fantastic stay at Anna's place this past week. This is the most kid-friendly rental I've used. Not only is it decorated super cute, there's a highchair, kid plates/utensils, toys and books, strollers, beach stuff (chairs and toys), a pack-and-play/bedding, but it was also super clean (especially the floors - which is important to us as a no-shoes-in-the-house family with a toddler). The location was perfect, the proximity to Downtown Disney and Disneyland felt unmatched, our walk to Downtown Disney was about 10 minutes! The neighborhood felt safe and very quiet (on the weekends you will hear the Disneyland fireworks show - which was fine for our Disney-centric trip). We loved staying here and would definitely stay again!

Could not be happier! Lovely, private, quiet, easy option in the heart of Glendale, which is a fun suburb with good shopping for husband, wife, 23yo and 8yo. Close to Ralph’s and Starbucks too. Art and Armen were responsive and thoughtful when we needed to ask a question. Two beds, two full bathrooms, good water pressure, a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, all the cooking things we needed and a dedicated work space on the middle level. We enjoyed being able to cruise around LA and surrounds all day, park easily, and flop when we got ‘home’. Really good experience. Will stay again.

Wonderful, clean and quiet house, which has everything we need for one week stay. It only takes 15 mins driving to Anaheim convention center, and blocks away from the supermarket and some restaurants. Kady was very nice and responsive, answered all of our questions. Thank you so much and I will definitely recommend it.
