Best of both worlds! This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

What a perfect place to stay near our LA family while visiting from the East coast! The cottage is beautifully designed, immaculately clean and very welcoming, as are the hosts who were very friendly and responsive. Though we didn’t have an occasion to use them, it’s an added plus that guests have an outdoor fire pit and the use of their inviting pool. In addition, the location is very convenient to everything Pasadena. We so enjoyed our stay that we hope to stay here on all of our trips to the LA area! Thank you, L & N!🤗

This was the second time we stayed at John and Liz’s place. We absolutely love the space, and its location to 2nd street! Everything is very walkable, only a few blocks to an array of restaurants and shops. We were lucky enough to have some great weather, which was perfect for reading on the small porch. We will happily stay with them again any time we are in Long Beach!

Great little place! Picked this location because I family close by that I was coming to visit. The unit was clean and had all the things I needed for my visit. I didn’t really use the kitchen except for coffee in the morning. The bathroom shower was great and plenty of hot water. Will definitely be back when I come out to visit again. You can’t go wrong if you are looking for a place to stay by yourself or with another person.

We stayed for a months with two dogs. There was plenty of space for me to bring my foldable desk with me to work . The space is so bright and airy. Locations is perfect just a 10 minute walk from the beach + dog beach. Thank you so much we enjoyed our stay!
