Great place to stay was clean and had everythin you need for work week. Will definitely stay here again.

We have stay here twice in a short period of time. We love it and plan to return. Early morning sunrise on the balcony with coffee is spectacular!

me and my fiancée went for a trip and had an amazing time the sailboats were so awesome to watch the water was nice and the weather felt great the bed was great and the bathroom was spotless this place was very cared for felt like a home away from i had an amazing stay.

Wonderful place to stay, the ocean view is amazing, will return soon.

Needed a place to stay last minute and Nikki’s place was great for the price and very clean

We had a few ‘hiccups’ related to the hurricane a month ago ~ Host was very responsive and took care of us !!!! There were 6 of us and we loved the lazy river, pool, movie room , private access to the ocean ~ was the perfect weekend for myself and gbabies !!!

Our stay was perfect! I really appreciated that Daniel and Sam had things like shampoo and body wash available to us, because I managed to forget ours at home. The condo is nice and cozy, beautifully decorated and very clean. It was nice to get up in the mornings and sit on the balcony admiring the view. Daniel and Sam were great hosts, they made sure to check in with us each day to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything else. We had an excellent trip and would definitely recommend them as hosts!

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful place for a few days break and we had a great time. The condo is in an excellent location, center & front tow right on the beach-can’t beat location. The beach is directly accessible and it is private and very cozy. Highly recommended.

Evan is one of Best Air b&b host. Home was great as like photo and description. Quiet lovely place. best for private fishing. Will comeback when I get a Vacation again.

I highly recommend John's place for your next stay. The spacious, fenced-in yard and well-equipped, generously sized home exceeded our expectations. Every detail was carefully considered, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family with no complaints. The view was incredible with the beach just steps away, and we cannot wait to return!

One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. Beautiful property on the water with an outstanding spacious clean house. The back yard is fully fenced for your pups a major plus (fenced yards are hard to find on Airbnb). The property is very well kept and there are no briars in the grass. The fire pit is conveniently positioned off the enclosed back yard, near the lake. Bring fire pit tools: long poker, long log grabber, and a shovel. Fishing is exciting, there are so many fish to catch. We were merely fishing for fun, catch-and-release, so we only caught small catfish and bass. There are lights near the doc/firepit area, but we could not figure out how to turn them on, so we purchased battery powered lanterns. The house is beautiful with plenty of room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi works great and there are 3 big screen TV’s downstairs. The bedrooms all have extra pillows and blankets (major plus). The owner is great and responsive.

We had an amazing time, my husband with ptsd fished for 6 straight days while we enjoy Houston and nasa! This was the perfect balance of fishing retreat and family getaway! We had a few issues with the property but the owners were very responsive and helpful!

Our stay was beyond exceptional . The home is like brand new , the furnishings are high end . Great kitchen space for family gatherings . Kitchen island is very large , on one end it’s perfect for meal prep and the other end it’s great for putting together puzzles . The appliances are all in great condition and perfect working order . Many independent areas for conversation , playing games , reading or watching TV. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the bay breezes while fishing, crabbing or kayaking or just relaxing . The kitchen is well equipped with all essentials and also include measuring cups , cutting boards , nutrabullet , knives , dish soap and sponge . Bathroom with slip proof rugs . Elevator in perfect working condition , really great for bringing up supplies and luggage . The custom golf cart makes it very enjoyable to ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the bay breezes and spotting unusual shore birds. Jeff , the host makes you feel welcome and cared for. Superb

My family loved Clint’s home! It was so hard to leave that during checkout I contacted Clint and booked another day. Everything was as described. I loved the 2 living spaces. The patio area was beautiful. My husband and sister enjoyed fishing right in the backyard! We will definitely book again.

Nice house with a great view , the different style makes it stand out from the other houses on the beach . Made it easy for us to find the house when we would go out . Very spacious as well would definitely come again

This place was amazing! I loved walking up am walking out on the balcony to watch the sunrise over the crashing waves. In the quiet hours of the morning you can hear the waves crashing on the shore. Everything was close by. If you didn’t want to drive, a bus could take you most destinations easily and Ubers were never far away. The place was clean and comfortable.

Carl was very responsive yo our changing needs. Condo had a good view of the water.

Amazing Stay at Cozy Conch! We had an incredible time at the Cozy Conch in Galveston, Texas. Our host, Walter, was outstanding—super hospitable, incredibly communicative, and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. The location was just perfect, with private beach access that made our stay truly special. The pool and hot tubs were an absolute delight, offering the perfect relaxation spots after a day at the beach. Our stay was fantastic! The space was exactly as pictured, impeccably clean, safe, peaceful and perfectly located for exploring the city. Angie was incredibly kind, and responsive to our messages. She made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back!

Wendy was really great to work with, very responsive and had great directions for everything during our whole stay. It was cold during our stay but we made the best of it. Mardi Gras was going on, so that was a great event to see. Thank you Wendy, I would highly recommend this place to others.

Kristin was an amazing host. Before I even checked in she was communicating with me. She continued to communicate throughout my stay and was very responsive when I did have a question. She was flexible when I needed to extend my stay as well. Definitely will come back!
