Beachfront vacation rentals in Freeport

Mary's place was a really great value and was perfect for what we needed on this trip. We liked being able to watch our teens from the balcony and they liked being able to walk to the beach on their own. It felt very safe.

Angie’s place was great and exactly as described. The exterior of the complex could use some TLC but her unit is perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony for evening drinks and morning coffee. We were only there for two quick nights but it has everything you would need for a full week beach vacation. It was lovely and we will probably be back as our daughter is based in and out of Galveston on Carnival.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

We had a fabulous time at the Dunes! We’ve been to several AirBnB’s across the country, and our whole family really enjoyed this one. It was easy, fun, convenient, and right on the water! The hot tub and amenities were top notch. Hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. Sleeping was comfortable. The beach access is a differentiator! Incredible being able to walk right out to your own beach. We would come back!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was great to have and was very private from any neighbors. The home has a lot of great dining options nearby which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful and was a great place for a family vacation.

It was a great house great stay very clean close to convenience stores beach not too far. It was great. granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Had a great spring break.

Love the area! Close to the beach it's was very peaceful and quiet. Neighborhood friendly. House was very clean and nice. Home away from home kitchen have everything you need for your stay! Check In and check out very easy!

Great place to stay with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. I’d highly recommend for a beach getaway. I loved my stay!

Perfect place for a weekend get away! House was beautiful & clean!

Gigi places was wonderful for our family of 5, spring breaking 25’. The condo was clean, roomy and beach view/front!! The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds!!! The heated pool was nice as well, for us and kiddos!! I would recommend and stay again!! 🌊♥️

We enjoyed our time here. Ratna provided great information leading up to our arrival. I was glad she mentioned the busy beach - I would have been disappointed if I thought we were going to be on a secluded, traffic-free street. Lots of beach traffic!

The house was just as described. We enjoyed relaxing in the home and on the porch. We also enjoyed restaurants nearby. The hot tub was a nice place to relax even while it was raining due to the huge covered patio.

Great house steps from the beach. Something to note if traveling with a group the upstairs is a loft and the noise from the kids room upstairs travels. Host was friendly and helpful. A couple of minor issues that would make it a nicer stay but overall great for our family getaway.

The house is absolutely beautiful, great place to stay. Highly recommend 1000/10. Michelle is the sweetest kind host, she really accomplished everything making your stay memorable and fun, peaceful and easy. The beach is a few steps away from the house.

House was great, area was beautiful and quiet. very nice home, will be coming back. previous guest took some amenities that Curtis was unaware of. Curtis drove 3 hours immediately to drop off new hair dryers for the girls as soon as I let him know. The beach is beautiful and close, fishing is great, food is amazing, and the Island is incredible.

My daughter and I stayed at this adorable house for a girls’ Galveston weekend. We just loved it. So cute and decorated so well. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and 3 blocks from the beach and close to the action. What a delight!!!!

We had a great time at this nice beach side property. It was very clean, spacious and had great ocean views although it was not a beach front property. It felt very safe in the nights. The walk to the beach was short (just about 5 mins) and there is also a private access to the beach. We enjoyed the bbq grill. Overall, the stay was awesome and we wish we had stayed longer.

Location is excellent! Right on the beach with options for sun and shade on the deck and private access to the beach was right there! The unit is super cute, comfortable and beach-y vibes. We had a few issues pop up but Cheyenne was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay there again👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. We loved that we could bring our dog and that there was a fenced yard. We definitely plan on returning in the summer. It was such a relaxing stay that was very much needed.

We found the house to be exactly what we were looking for. The beach was very quiet, clean, with tons of shells for my girls. We walked into the house & not only did it look clean, it smelled clean & looked exactly like the photos. Matt sent a welcome message & was very responsive since the moment I booked his house. It's a piece of paradise & I would love to stay there again.

This home was spectacular! Theodore and Debbie were the absolute sweetest! We stayed at peach on the beach for my birthday, my friends even coordinated with Debbie to surprise me with decorating the house! The house was stunning, the views were perfect! The beds in this house were beyond comfortable! The home was spotless.Debbie was responsive with anything we needed! The house was very well stocked! This home was pet friendly, so we got to bring our baby who also had a great time! The home’s location was perfect, next to many restaurants! We cooked dinner two nights and had everything we needed and more! Our group really enjoyed the board games! We can not wait to to come back to another stay!

Cullen’s place was very welcoming. Access to the beach was very close. The outdoor deck was big and spacious. The location was great and close enough to food marts and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We had a great time creating memories with our family. Would definitely come back.

This was the perfect location for our son's 17th birthday weekend with 3 of his friends (& my husband & me). Close to the beach and fishing pier, the boys had a great time. I enjoyed the perfect beach decor and cleanliness. It was perfect. Host was super communicative and responsive. 5 stars!
