Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Freeport

Great stay in great neighborhood. Lots of space for our family while we visited for a family wedding. Didn’t go to the beach but it is an easy walk to the sand and surf.

Loved our stay at the beach house. It was in a great location and the outside was decorated with several beautiful lights for the holiday season which also made it easy to find when coming in at night. Lots of great amenities on the property: swings, tick tac toe, hammock and bbq pit and more. The wind was pretty cold (expected for this time of year and proximity to the water) but we were still able to bundle up and enjoy time outdoors at the property also.

This was a nice place to stay.

My son and his friends had a great time at the beach and in the house. The house was the perfect set up for these teenage boys. The kitchen is so well stocked with plates and silverware, I came prepared, but that was an added amenity. The showers were well stocked with shampoo and things which I always appreciate. I also appreciated having all of the fixings for coffee to enjoy on the front porch. We had a great time! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us.

Great place to stay while in Galveston. i will return next year.

We felt so at home at Naseeb's place. Most of all, we loved the very well stocked kitchen and being able to easily cook meals at home when we wanted a break from going out. Would also highly recommend her place for families with kids - our son lived the books and great selection of Monster Trucks. We will definitely try to stay here on future trips to Houston to see family.

Irma was a phenomenal host everything was as detailed she always answered promptly The house was clean met all my expectations and my family as well .We loved the pool the Hot tub was so relaxing ,loved the Theater and definitely we will be staying at Irma’s again in the future her home felt like we were at home . Thank you, Irma for being super host and going above and beyond for my family.

We visited Houston for the holidays, we went with 2 toddlers and they enjoyed this place so much. It was clean, easy to find, and the host was nice and responsive! We didn’t have any problems! Will definitely give them another try if we come back.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood! The only Airbnb I’ve stayed in that didn’t expect me to leave it spotless after charging a cleaning fee. Very nice!

Great location with plenty of things to do. Walking distance to the METRORail which took us to the NRG Stadium and also available to the Toyota Center & Houston Zoo area. This place was also walking distance to Great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place!

The place was clean. Entry instructions were clear. Visitor parking is on the 5th floor only ( top of the building). Kids enjoyed the snacks provided by Melodie. Will definitely come back again.

We had an event at our cousins place in Sienna and as soon as I saw that Rasheda’s place was in that same neighborhood, I had to immediately book it. I felt super safe since the apartment was in a gated community and the neighbors were quiet too. We had our grandparents with us and they loved the place too! It was easy to get into, the apartment itself is so well decorated. We felt right at home! It was conveniently located for us. Would highly recommend

Perfect overnight stay. Very close to the medical district. Comfy bed. Everything was very clean.

We had the greatest time! We loved our stay and the hosts did a wonderful job making us feel at home. My children had the greatest first trip to the beach and we will be back!

We had a lovely time at Mary’s condo on the east side of Galveston island. The location really can’t be beat and we found the amenities available in the condo building to be excellent. The kitchen is very small but well equipped, and the beach equipment available in the condo was a huge plus!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was nicely laid out, nice view, close to everything yet far enough away. Check in was so easy and the gentleman at the entrance was wonderful. The pool area and beach were immaculate. we will definitely return! thank you!

Our family of four adults and one child enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend at Jonathan’s place. It was super clean. All of the beds were comfortable. Jonathan was quick to address a minor concern with the tv remotes. One bedroom was missing the remote but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Initially we were a bit disappointed the main pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, but the heated pool was open, close by and we were happy with that. I understand renovations need to take place during the winter months. The kitchen is very well stocked. We’ve stayed on Galveston in many different locations; this place is centrally located to everything. We’re already considering our next stay in this condominium. Two thumbs up from the whole family.

Kristin & Timothy were super proactive and sent plenty of helpful information before I needed it at each interval of the anticipation and duration of my trip! I was most impressed with their communication. I booked this specific place so that I could sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach, and it 100% met my needs. I was also please that it was right near a traffic light with a cross walk so that I wouldn't have to play Frogger if I wanted to take a stroll on the sand. It was very convenient to everything I needed access to while I was in town for a convention at Moody Gardens. The linens were clean and smelled fresh and all the surfaces looked and felt clean. Would recommend!
