This was one of my favorite winterpark stays! Loved the layout of the rooms! Great space for couples to share. Loved that I could bring my pup along. Great quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a dog friendly brewery and only five minute walk to the lift bus stop that takes you to Winterpark Resort! Great for a ski weekend!

Neil’s place was the perfect stay for our ski weekend! His place was clean, in a great location, and had amazing views. Neil was also very responsive and a great host.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with nice views. The house was perfect for our two families. The "boys" (23) loved having the downstairs space to themselves - hot tub, comfy sofa, TV, separate bedrooms and large bathroom. One of the selling features for us were the king beds! It's hard to find two master suites with king beds (and a king room downstairs). The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt very comfortable there with a lot of space for everyone to relax and enjoy being together. We appreciated how clean everything was as well. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

We loved our time at the Lodge. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, well appointed layout, spacious and clean. We walked down to Granby Ranch several times with the kids and enjoyed hiking, biking, dining and live music. We loved the hot tub surrounded by Aspens and the extra space for kiddos to hang out downstairs. Would stay again!

Great cozy stay. Good location and was even within walking distance to downtown area of Winter park. There is also a free bus that services winter park ski resort, downtown, and even other nearby towns. Bedrooms were spacious. The whole unit was very up-to-date. The kitchen had extra supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. All that would have made it better would of been had they provided us with coffee. The furniture was comfortable and they even provided a couple games. Good stay, nice locations, fairly priced

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and so nice to cook in! Plenty of bedding and towels made our stay so nice! Great pool and hot tubs too!

We loved spending time at this place. We gave it 5 stars through and through. The location was everything we wanted. Derek & Brittany had left us some great recommendations of what to do, which were helpful. They’re great hosts. The house is clean and fully stocked. The sunrise view from the patio was amazing.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Kristin's cabin! From start to finish, Kristin was incredibly communicative and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The cabin itself is gorgeous—spacious yet cozy, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We loved the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax after a day of family fun. The living space was thoughtfully designed, and the selection of board games kept us entertained for hours. Hands down the most comfortable beds we've ever experienced in an Airbnb! . The amenities were wonderful, and the kitchen was impressively well-stocked. We were even able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal with ease! Kristin's cabin truly felt like a home away from home. We can't recommend it enough and are already looking forward to our next stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! 🌟

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family for a destination wedding of our nephew. Linda communicated well and quickly when needed for a mishap. The home was perfect for us and others in the area liked ours more than theirs due to all the amenities offered. As a first time to Granby Ranch we were very impressed. We've had the pleasure of staying at this mountain house four times now, and it feels like our home away from home! The location is not just great; it's unbeatable. Just steps from the house, there's skiing in the winter and various hiking trails perfect for all skill levels in the warmer months. It's truly a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and families alike, offering a world of adventure right at your doorstep. One of the standout features of this home is how well it's set up for large groups and families with small kids. The spacious layout, designed for comfort and convenience, allows everyone to spread out comfortably. The well-stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether cooking a big dinner or just whipping breakfast before heading outdoors. The personal touches from the hosts really make a difference. From cozy blankets and games to kid-friendly amenities such as black-out shades, a high chair, and the fun and cozy bunk room, every detail has been thoughtfully considered.

Very friendly and always communicates with renter. We used the ovens to make our thanksgiving dinner, they were a little dirty and some smoke was coming out while preheating due to grease left at the bottom of the ovens. We cleaned the ovens and everything worked out fine. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Second time staying here for thanksgiving holidays and definitely worth your money

The house was wonderful and the views were beautiful. This was the perfect place for our group of 3 families. The bunk room was great for our boys, and the kids and adults all appreciated the playground, basketball court and pond for fishing and paddle boarding. There was easy access to restaurants and recreation, but also a well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved our stay at Cheryl’s home! First, the views were stunning and access to the trails was so great. It was such a quiet and peaceful place. My kids got to sled and explore which was so fun. The hot tub was a great feature and they even had towels and sandals for an easy walk down. The beds and couch were comfy too. The neighborhood was incredible, it snowed nearly 2 feet while we were there (so magical), and the streets were always plowed and a neighbor even helped with the driveway. Oh and it’s less than 15mins to the ski resort, restaurants, shopping, and breweries, which was great. We will definitely look at this place when we travel to the Winter Park area again!

Michael's home in Frazer was a perfect getaway for my extended family. The home was exactly as described on AIRBNB website. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of spices plus several brands of coffee. There were also some condiments in the refrigerator. Michael was a fantastic host! He always responded quickly to any of my comments and questions. I would most definitely stay in Michael's home again on future visits to Colorado.

We had a lovely stay here! Perfect for a girl's weekend away. Restaurants and shops at Cooper Creek were a 5 minute (or less) walk, and hiking trails are within a 10 minute walk. Great hot tub and yard, plenty of beds, and kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again, thank you!
