Vacation rentals with a kayak in Fraser

We enjoyed the fairly new building with functional appliances, updated decor, gas fireplace, open living area. Beds were comfortable, shower had good pressure, had a nice supply of cooking pots, utensils, dishes, and silverware. The only negative of this location would be during a snowfall. Although there are beautiful views, the parking lot for the next-door restaurant was plowed beginning at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30 am (it snowed a lot when we were there), in addition to the street sidewalks. We understand these all need to be done, so bring ear plugs just in case. You'll also get some exercise carrying your luggage upstairs since there aren't any elevators. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The house is gorgeous and well situated near the slopes. Plenty of room for everyone and beds were comfy. Really fun sleds in the garage are an added bonus, but be careful since the hill next to the house is a little steep for kids.

We had a wonderful stay during our spring break ski trip. The rental is beautiful and had everything we needed as a family with 3 young kids. The kids loved the hot tub and the Pac-Man in their bunk room. Can’t wait to come back soon!! Thank you so much.

We’ve been taking family ski vacations yearly, and this has been the number 1 place we’ve stayed at so far! Our family enjoyed everything about staying here; the view and the accessibility! We will definitely be staying here again

This condo was simply amazing. Beautiful inside and out, spotless/exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (even freshly ground coffee!), heated garage, etc. You simply can't ask for more from a ski condo. Winter Park ski resort is just 5 minutes away, and if need be, the shuttle stop is right outside the condo. And the hot tub on the rook was simply amazing - the view of the ski mountain were beautiful, and it was so nice to relax in the tub after a long day of skiing. We would absolutely stay here again - we loved it!

We loved our stay at this unit! It was spacious, comfortable and was well-equipped with everything we need. The best part was the location: you can hear the stream running behind the unit from the balcony which makes for the most peaceful morning coffee ambiance! We did have an issue with the hot tub upon arrival, the chlorination tube wasn’t in it so the water was murky and stinky… however, it was promptly remedied after we reported the issue, and we were compensated with tickets to go tubing. One thing to note: unlike other units, there is not a water filtration system included with the sink or fridge… they provided a small brita pitcher, but be sure to bring your own water if you don’t like tap and go through as much water as we do when in the mountains 🙂 Overall, we LOVED the location of this unit and the coziness of the living area more than other units that we’ve stayed at in this same area!

Stayed for a long weekend ski trip. First time to Winter Park, the mountain and laid back vibe exceeded our expectations. The townhouse fit our group of 5 nicely. The mgmt team was highly responsive and accommodating. The location was walking distance to several restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

We came for a short girls trip and this couldn’t have been a better place. From clear instructions to Wendy’s local recommendations and quick responses to the close location to the lake it was perfect. Highly recommend and would love to come back :)

Perfect place to explore nearby hiking, hot springs, and food at Mountain Prime in Idaho Springs. Comfortable, quiet, and very reasonably priced.

Had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion in the mountains staying here. The night we stayed it snowed and we could hear the wind at night. We felt very cozy sleeping in the heated blanket bed and lived the giant comfy bean bag in the loft.

If you plan on snowmobiling in grand lake this is the place for you! The trail is right beside the cabin. Plenty of room to accommodate a group. The laundry room is awesome to store your gear. This is a perfect place to stay and has beautiful views! The host was very helpful throughout our entire stay!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Definitely will be looking to stay here again.

It’s a great place in a beautiful area, and the host was always helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again myself.
