Vacation rentals with a pool in Fraser

We loved our time at the Lodge. Absolutely beautiful surroundings, well appointed layout, spacious and clean. We walked down to Granby Ranch several times with the kids and enjoyed hiking, biking, dining and live music. We loved the hot tub surrounded by Aspens and the extra space for kiddos to hang out downstairs. Would stay again!

Excellent place to stay. We stayed here with friends on our way to Rocky Mountains. Has lots of space in the living area and rooms. Had all the supplies and refills handily available.

We spent a wonderful 5 days enjoying our holiday week at this great mountain home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, etc that we needed to have the kind of warm family holiday week wanted. The bedrooms, decor, living/family room areas , and outdoor spaces were nothing short of perfect.

Great cozy stay. Good location and was even within walking distance to downtown area of Winter park. There is also a free bus that services winter park ski resort, downtown, and even other nearby towns. Bedrooms were spacious. The whole unit was very up-to-date. The kitchen had extra supplies like cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc. All that would have made it better would of been had they provided us with coffee. The furniture was comfortable and they even provided a couple games. Good stay, nice locations, fairly priced

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful week and cannot say enough good things about our stay. Bradley was very helpful with any questions and offered great recommendations throughout the trip. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, from extra towels to many everyday household necessities. I highly recommend checking out the Snow Mountain YMCA-it has many affordable activities such as e-biking, trails, etc. We are hoping to check this place out for a winter trip!

Denise's home is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations for a weekend getaway. The property is well equipped with everything you might need, and the furnishings are both comfortable and beautifully designed. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie’s place. The place was as described, neat and very conveniently located. Julie was a great host and very accommodating of our needs.

Nice place, clean, easy to get to. Within walking distance to Winter Park Town. It gets a bit noisy from people who spend time on the decks or patios. Easy access to the pool and hot tubs, if you can bring your own pool towels the towel that they issue at the desk are a joke.

The condo was great! Very cozy! Perfect for a family of 4, would have been comfortable with a couple other people too! Loved the location and the amenities! Scott was quick to respond and helpful!

The host was super responsive and the place was as-advertised. Clean and nicely made up before our arrival. Check in was simple by going to the reception and getting the keys. Only thing we missed were the pool and the hot tub since they are being renovated.

Clean, comfortable and just as described! Checkin was easy and Stacey was very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. The place was even ready earlier than anticipated (we received a message letting us know well could check in a little earlier than the booking stated). The location is great and we love this community. The gym wasn’t too busy (also very clean), we played racquetball and used the pool and hot tub too. It was a holiday week so the pool was busy at times, but totally expected. All checkin/checkout directions were very clear as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

Very comfortable and convenient. Kitchen had high quality appliances, cooking items, storage containers, and tableware. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and spacious. Living and dining area comfortable with quality furniture. Convenient and easy access to Winter Park Resort. Patrick very helpful and thoughtful in answering all my concerns. I would highly recommend.
