Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Fort Myers Beach

We are experienced Airbnb’ers but we’ve agreed this was our all-round favourite place yet. The photos don’t accurately reflect the spaciousness of the condo. End unit - very quiet. Spotlessly clean. We made great use of the screened in porch. Perfect Wifi connection - zero issues. Not exactly a gated-community per se, but we felt exceedingly safe and secure. Local amenities were great - we used both pools extensively - clean, warm, never crowded. Neighbours were all very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a month and worked remotely during the week and did touristy things in evenings and on weekends. Fort Myers is an ideal location - a plethora of beach/sunset options within a 30-minute drive; 20-minutes from Sanibel Island; 45-minutes to [beautiful] Captiva Island. Tampa and Miami are within reach for weekend escapes; Key West is well worth the 5.5 hour drive (or 3.5 hour ferry ride on the Key West Express — though we recommend the drive) All in all, a 10-star, A++ experience.

Our stay was great! Arthur was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and attractions. We had a great time and we enjoyed our experience. Highly recommend!

The Mermaid Oasis is a beautiful , peaceful resort. .. Patricia was a wonderful host .. everything you could possibly need she has provided . There is a lot of rebuilding still going on in Ft Myers .. but nothing that caused delays or inconveniences. The restaurant right next door ., Flippers .. was wonderful ! Would definitely book again … great stay !

Beautiful views! We seen dolphins from the living room window ever day of our stay. The pool was excellent!

I had a wonderful peaceful time. Everything was as described the pool was very nice I had a good time with my husband and son. There’s a lot of places around the area if you don’t want to drive to far. Jessica was very nice and responded quickly. I will definitely book here again. Is a very safe place to stay.

Overall it was a great stay. Physical location in relation to entertainment couldn’t be better. The pool area was very nice. The only slight draw back was some of the neighbors were a bit questionable. There is really nothing the host can do about this.

We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t ask for more. They had everything we needed in the unit, and Kev and Amy were very accommodating when we had schedule changes. I really enjoyed the outdoor balcony. Very nice stay!

Location was fantastic. Overlooking the marina with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was clean, and Amy's communication was very efficient and detailed.

Suzanne always responded quickly to any question and or help we needed. The apartment is in a great location close to everything. It's clean well supplied with stuff, one recommendation we have is to add a small coffee table in the living room. We do recommend this place where we stayed for a month.

This was a wonderful place and a wonderful neighborhood. It was quiet and had a lovely atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to visit.

Amazing location; beautiful accomodations; gated security. Beach within short walking distance (not too close; not too far); pool proximity great. Amazing sunset views. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building with very good gym, commons area, security.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! The house is absolutely stunning, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms that were perfect for our group. But the highlight was definitely the pool—it was simply the best! We spent so much time relaxing and enjoying it. The house had everything we needed, and the host Maria Alexandra was incredibly attentive. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice pool and hot tub. Responsive and friendly host took care of questions and small issues quickly. Neighborhood is modest but safe, and centrally located to shopping, restaurants, airport, and downtown. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is a little small for a master bedroom, but comfortable.

Enjoyed this just as much as the first time we stayed here. If we come back down this way we will definitely book Lis & Tim's place.

We loved this home! It was perfectly suited for us nestled in an executive neighbourhood with acre large properties. It was great for my morning run and drinking coffee poolside. It was also centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. Marco was very responsive, although there were really no issues with this property. One thing people fail to comment on are the beds and bedding.. The beds were extremely comfortable and newer, and the linens were wonderful. Always a top priority for me as well as location and property. We did a barbeque one night and the house was well stocked with cooking utensils, etc.. I would give this a six star review out of five as the property was just beautiful and we loved it. Thank you, Marco for sharing your beautiful property with us! We would definitely stay here again. and recommend it to our friends :-)

Luis and Mayra are fantastic hosts, very responsive, and committed to provide great service. We left behind the trunk cover top of our SUV and immediately Luis sent us a picture and made arrangements for somebody to pick it up for us. Above and beyond hosting. Also, the property was impeccable, with ample space very comfortable and very well kept and the location is breathtaking. We surely are coming back soon!

We were very pleased with our stay! Everything was provided for and then some! From washing detergent, to sugar for your coffee, to beach towels. The beds were SO comfortable. The sunroom was our favorite spot. The pool was fantastic! The place was so quiet and we enjoyed looking for alligators, birds and turtles throughout the day. I only have good things to say! The only thing I will make comment on is there is no where in the listing that tells of the place being a 55+ community until you get there and read the guest book. It was completely fine and everyone was friendly but when the kids and us got into the pool, you could tell the older folks got a little upset and moved to the other side. I’ll add, we are a very respectable group and weren’t loud, they just live there is all. I get it. Thank you for letting us stay here! We loved every minute!!

Convenient, easy to find location. Grocery store very close. Quick response from host. Easy to use gated area. Privacy bushes along fence helps with privacy and noise from street. Inside looks like pictures, clean and tidy. Outside shower is cute and usable. Washer and dryer available. Main bed is comfortable. Second bedroom has a pirate ☠️.. lol.. and pullout bed. Other people located on property are quiet, nice, and helpful. Fruit trees and some vegetables growing close by. Hot tub was available. Easy parking. I would stay again.
