Fort Myers Beach beach vacation rentals

We were so impressed with this accommodation and the host. The unit has been barely used so is in great condition and as good as new. The pool was very well heated and a nice mix of outdoor furniture. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. One mini split A/C in the living room and one in the bedroom made the indoor temp very comfortable. We walked to Sun N Fun and rented bikes for $30/week each to get around the full island to avoid the 3-6pm northbound rush hour. It turns a half hour car ride into a 5 minute bike ride to Lah de Dah, which was excellent, and so was Coste restaurant. All appliances including laundry machines were excellent and brand new. The beach equipment was perfect and plenty available for the unit. Our host was very responsive and accommodating every time we reached out with questions. Thank you and we hope to be back again!

It was a wonderful stay. It’s a beautiful house with everything included for what you need to have a great stay. Agata is a great person and takes care of all details so that her guests feel at home. We would be delighted to go back soon, and it will surely be in this house. Everything in this house is amazing.

Great stay.... a lot of construction still happening on the island but not really impacting our stay. Very few people at the complex which actually made it quite nice...easy to walk to the beach and the place, while small, is very nice and clean. We enjoyed Christmas by the Bay

Cute and clean place. Close to walmart so it is easy for me to run some errands. The host provides beach towels and beach chairs which are are convenient for the beach trips. Enjoyed the stay here.

Liv's place was a lovely spot for our family Christmas vacation - close to the beach, walkable to some great bars and restaurants and really well stocked with everything you could need. We loved taking the bikes down to the beach and using the outdoor space to chill in the evenings. Liv was also a fantastic host - there were a few issues with the pool heater/some of the outdoor equipment when we first arrived, but she was super communicative and worked to get them quickly resolved (even over Christmas!) which we massively appreciated. Thank you!

A truly fabulous home and location. The description and photos in the listing were really good, but seeing it in person is even better. The beauty of the view, the pool, hot tub, kitchen (and outdoor kitchen), massive 85” TV in the great room, all made this an exceptional find. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be viewed from the back yard. The home is right on the water and is very close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Thanks so much Kenneth for the great communication and for letting us stay in your home. Can’t wait to come back!

This was a great stay for myself and family. Close to the beach. Easy communication, clean space. We did not use the kitchen much but it looked well equipped.

We had a wonderful time! The pool was awesome the kids loved the changing lights in it!
