Beach condo vacation rentals in Fort Myers Beach

Cindy has gone above and beyond in what she provides with her places. The furnishes and decor are beautiful and high quality. The bed is comfortable, everything you could ever want or need is available in the kitchen, there are all sorts of bathroom and toiletries supplied and the sheets and towels are very nice. The location is close to the beach and so many beach items are available to take to the beach. We have stayed at MANY Airbnbs but this one was tops!

Short walk to beach. Large pool. Clean condo and surroundings. Kitchen equipped with plenty of dishes etc. They also had beach towels, wagon, chairs for the beach since we flew here. Would stay here again!

Thomas was a wonderful host! He was quick to respond and gave wonderful suggestions for things to do and see on the island. The condo was clean and spacious and the location is convenient to the restaurants and shopping. The ocean view was amazing!

Trace did an excellent job in communicating with me and the check in and out was smooth and efficient! The unit is exactly what the pictures show on the site. Trace had beach chairs, beach towels, noodles and a few sand equipment for kids to use on the beach! The location is on the South end of Fort Myers Beach. It is a quite area but if you want to have fun you can take the trolly to the North end of the beach. Just make sure you read the Trolly schedule correctly and be patient while waiting at the stop which is across the street from the unit. During Jan-April the Trolly's must run behind schedule due to the fact it is the busiest time of the year. If you want to go explore Bonita Beach or Naples I highly suggest you rent a car. This was my first time renting by myself. The square footage of the unit was perfect for me and I treated Trace's unit as if it were my own home. If you decide to choose Trace's space I hope you will be respectful, responsible and safe. Cheers CR

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!

Clean, great views, close to beach. Renovations were being done to the grounds but that did not bother us. Pool opened up while we were there. I don’t believe the price we paid was inline with the amenities. Overall, good place.

We had a great stay in the condo. Very close to Lovers Key and the views are just superb. Condo has everything you need. The beach is a bit of a walk but still very nice. We stayed with two children and had plenty of space.

Wonderful location. So much better than a local hotel. Walking distance to the beach and too many awesome restaurants. The unit was so quiet and relaxing we were really impressed. It was exactly what we hoped it would be.

The condo was the perfect spot for a week of relaxation on the water. It is beautifully updated with all the things you need. The bed was comfortable and the view of the Gulf was fantastic. The building is on the quiet north end of the island so getting on and off the island is easy. Access to the beach is easy and the beach is fairly quiet. One little hiccup with check-in was quickly remedied with a phone call. I will definitely try to book this one again!

Dennis’s proactive communication left me with no questions preparing for our stay. He provided helpful and clear information. The place was wonderful, very clean, great location. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in the area.

We had another amazing stay on Sanibel Island and loved this condo! Very well stocked kitchen. Large screened in lanai (larger than prior condos we have stayed at) plus it has direct views of the ocean which was incredible especially while drinking your morning coffee. We loved that the beach chairs and other beach items were in a locked closet outside of the condo on ground floor making it easy to bring to the beach. Speaking of which… beach is an easy walk over a beautiful walkway. Responsive communication with the host. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Great location and great to look out at the beach and be right there for the gorgeous gulf sunsets. Conrad was upfront about construction, so we were prepared to see and hear it. Didn't even bother us.

Perfect for a family of 4 to enjoy a great week of sun and fun. Awesome Beach just across the street and tons of things to do in the evening in Bonita Springs or just a short drive to Naples. Just loved it. We will be back!

Loved my stay. The staff was kind and helpful, the facility was one of the cleanest that Ives ever stayed in and a great layout as well. The proximity to the beach was awesome, great stay for us overall!

Chris was such a great host! Very responsive and went above and beyond in sending information for things that we were interested in doing and even helped to secure a parking spot for the rented golf cart. The place is as described and is so close to the beach, and there were plenty of beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The beds were super comfortable, and we felt right at home. We also spent some time at the pool, and it was very nice with available chaise lounges and some tables. The pool was never too crowded, and we were always able to get a spot.

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

I came here for my 30th birthday and I left engaged! I couldn't have wanted a better place to stay it was exactly like the photos there was plenty of room for me and my boyfriend and she had every possible tool you would need to make any kind of food! the neighbors were friendly and it was very peaceful and damn near directly in the middle of Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. really the perfect location to be able to explore everything you want within an hour distance. she was very kind very helpful and always responded when I needed! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️
