Monthly Rentals in Follonica

I had a great time, the apartment is nice and very clean. The owner is very nice and helpful, I'll definitely be back.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was like being at home; everything was taken care of in every detail and there was every kind of comfort possible. Host always available and kind and ready to intervene for every bit of trouble. It was really a pleasure staying here, it was our first vacation with a baby, and stairs apart from which they kept us in shape (you joke, on the ground floor there is everything you need to stay), everything was fantastic. The space outside for a barbecue is a real gem, there are plenty of beds, and each room has air conditioning and TV. The brand new and modern kitchen is full of accessories and appliances. The sea is within walking distance and is within walking distance of the center and the pine forest. Super positive experience, Host and highly recommended accommodation!!!!!

Super great apartment. We were there in November and December – at the time it was very quiet and pleasant. We liked the sea view the best and that you are often completely empty beach in a minute. :) The apartment is equipped with everything you need and within walking distance there are restaurants, supermarkets etc. At least in winter Follonica is also very relaxed – not crowded, but there is plenty to do. I'm sure we'll be back!

Martine is a wonderful hostess. Super helpful and friendly. On your homepage she gives the best tips for going out, restaurants, beaches, etc., etc. We really appreciated all this information. Martine was always available for further questions. Her apartment is lovingly and nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Martine's friend Carla. The entire 4 wochem in Follonica were magnificent. We enjoyed the apartment ourselves, the location of the apartment and the city. One small thing we missed at the end of October were warmer breathable blankets. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Martine!
