I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

This Airbnb was an absolute dream. Perfectly located in the countryside, it offered incredible views of the surrounding vineyards and rolling hills—sunrises and sunsets were simply unforgettable. The property was charming, spotless, and full of character, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were warm and helpful, offering great local tips and making us feel right at home. It was the ideal spot to unwind and experience the beauty of Tuscany. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Francesca is a very kind and attentive hostess. She personally welcomed us in the beautiful house right by the sea with breathtaking views. It has everything you need, even bikes are at your disposal. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

Fantastic location in beautiful Siena right by the escalators and close enough to walk to everything. The house was very comfortable, with adequate hot water, good ac/heat and comfy beds. Davide was very helpful in making a couple of dinner reservations for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will gladly recommend this Airbnb to others!

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Very satisfied with the accommodation, Anna was very friendly, very responsive and very accommodating. The accommodation is very peaceful and close to the historic city center. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice peaceful place with a private terrace, where you can enjoy summer dinners. Perfect for furry friends too, as the place is fenced. Adorable interior with all the necessities. Cornelia and her daughter were very accommodating and helped us out when our car got a flat tyre. They drove us to the mechanic’s early in the morning, for which we are really grateful! All in all 10/10 stay:)

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

Andrea and Emmanuel are great hosts. They're on hand to help if you need them. They were very helpful to us. We highly recommend the place, with a car you have access to lots of places and street parking is easy. Close to beaches and historic places. A peaceful place.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. We have a family of 6 with 4 daughters. We were nervous about our first trip to Rome but this is the perfect place to stay for a family. We walked to all the attractions in Rome like the pantheon, the Vatican, the collesseum, and many basilicas. Perfect location and we would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome. Maria was very helpful and responsive to all our questions and was the perfect host. 5 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. On the ground floor there was not only a supermarket but also a cafe. Within walking distance were also great restaurants such as the Taverna di Pulcinella, ice cream cafe Ricci, etc. Thanks to the available tumble dryer and the machine, we were able to hang a load of laundry on the balcony to dry. In the existing kitchen you can certainly cook well, all the necessary utensils are available and the fridge offers plenty of space (only bottle compartment is missing in the door). I'd love to come back ☀️

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of the old town of Porto Azzurro more than met our expectations. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is beautifully renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and has everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very helpful to us. Communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information on an info board in the apartment. From our perspective, there was absolutely nothing that was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!

The house is in a reserved and quiet area and in a very quiet residence equipped with all the basic services. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and you can choose between private beach and free beach. The residence's Pool is a 1-minute walk from the property, as well as the bar and market and laundromat. Unassigned parking spot but always available inside the property! The historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes but I personally recommend a bike (rentable inside the Residence) to facilitate travel and above all to avoid parking of the car (not possible in August). Host Jacopo was always present, very helpful and very kind in terms of advice and suggestions and resolved the breakdown of an appliance in 2 hours, promptly replacing it...at his (dear) expenses! I would definitely go back to choosing Jacopo and his home in the future! Thank you very much!

Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).
