Lovely hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money. Definitely use again if heading to Brands Hatch again. 10 minute walk to a great pub called The Blue Anchor. Hosts helped check opening hours for us and provided directions. Set off early in the morning but breakfast offered which was unexpected! Beautiful house / grounds. Couldn’t fault. Thanks

We needed a day by the sea and hiring a beach hut in February was the perfect way to do it. We brought a picnic, books and board games and set about a relaxing day sitting on the balcony under blankets, gazing at the sea - just what we had hoped for. The deserted beach in front of the hut was like having a private garden. Our children found buckets and spades for building sandcastles and happily played while we watched on - idyllic.

We had an amazing 3 nights with our small family! The caravan is great, well laid out, equipped and clean. Great selection of games plus the TV and WiFi were convenient. The afternoon sun on the terrace was relaxing and beautiful. The holiday park was small but very friendly. We went swimming in the pool every day and couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach (would’ve taken advantage of that more had the weather been a touch warmer, alas!) The facilities close by (as signposted by Shirley) were fab - harbour, walks and shopping complex. We had a day trip to Battle (1066 Battle of Hastings) which was great and interesting for the whole family. Very much recommend staying with Shirley and will likely stay again ourselves! We had a wonderful night away at Sunflower Stay for my son’s birthday. Having a fully enclosed area outside of the bell tent meant we could also take our Beagle to join the fun. Being so close to the animals was amazing and we all enjoyed feeding them :) We took a 15 minute stroll to the seafront, had lots of local takeaways to choose from for our evening meal and enjoyed toasting marshmallows around the fire pit before bed. A magical, natural, wholesome adventure - thank you Cher & Reuben! We will be recommending to our family and friends <3 xx

Well what can I say apart from perfect! I booked this to propose to my fiancé due to the coziness, setting and back ground and boy did it not disappoint! The surrounding area is phenomenal and so pretty with all the wildlife right at your door step. The room itself is perfect and you could stay there for days without needing to leave. Tracy has everything you need covered from pots and pans, to cleaning products all the way to fresh milk, butter and jams. If you need anything else shops aren’t too far either. The bath is perfect and one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever been in, the little bathroom is also amazing and far more space than first seems. The shower is lovely too! The bed is very very comfortable and with extra pillows as standard it’s even better. The whole room is decorated perfectly. The hot tub, BBQ and log burners are also a massive benefit and make it the perfect relaxing getaway! Tracy is just amazing and we can’t wait to go back again, you won’t regret it!

It was a different experience for us and we all enjoyed it thoroughly and cant wait to go back again. Pete and Carol very helpful host, especially Pete helped us start the bbq and fire pit and ensured we had all the facilities for a good time. This is an excellent place to go as a group and enjoy games and chat around the fire with marshmallows !!!

This place is gorgeous and Immy and her family were very kind and welcoming. The area is gorgeous with beautiful grounds surrounding. We saw lots of deer and other wildlife. Unfortunately the weekend we went there was a 4x4/off road completion on so we had a nearly constant sound of revving engines- not ideal for our peaceful weekend retreat away from city life! Not the hosts fault but maybe check that out before you book. In the times of respite and at night the place is quiet and so peaceful. We will definitely stay again. Our toddler LOVED it. The hot tub was a highlight for us once kids were asleep.

Liz is a wonderful host and her Shepard’s hut is beautiful. The inside is clear of any clutter and is very welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. The view is absolutely stunning from the Shepards hut, looking out onto fields and the view is even better when unwinding in the hot tub provided. We used the BBQ, due to having some nice weather in England for once and whilst we were sitting outside with the lit fireplace enjoying our dinner, the sheep in the field in front of us came over to say hi. This stay has exceed all my expectations and would 100% recommend and would stay here again without any hesitation.

The location and pod are even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The pod was very easily accessible via train from London and a short walk from birchington on sea train station. We really enjoyed a coffee and pastry at Staple in nearby Westgate which was a scenic 30 minute walk away along the coast. I couldn’t recommend this Airbnb more 😊

We loved our stay. We arrived on the Saturday and didn’t use our car until we left on the Monday. It was the perfect spot to recharge. The photos don’t do the facilities justice, the pool was spacious and the gym was a bonus. We loved the walks suggested and even just wandering round the grounds. We had a great meal at the kings arms whilst playing scrabble 😊

We had a lovely weekend stay at Simon's gorgeous house. He was extremely accommodating (especially because we were a hen group, albeit not a rowdy one!) and gave clear instructions about check in. The house is really well appointed with everything you could need, and beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Simon let us check in an hour earlier and I also appreciated the midday Sunday check out time.

An amazing house which was perfect for a multi generational group. The games room and hot tub were lovely and well used by all. Gramps teaching the teens to play pool a memory to treasure. Outdoor table tennis also brilliant. Lovely space. Communication and responsiveness also brilliant. Felt sad to leave and wish we'd had longer.

What to say.... an ideal place for a small romantic stay or for an adult with children. The location of the listing, although unusual, is located behind the main building, which delivers a small private corner composed of a courtyard with private garden. The accommodation is cozy, clean and well-equipped. Marie-Paul and her daughter's welcome were at their best. Arriving with my loaded arms with my 2 year old daughter, they kindly helped me load and unload my car. Parking is also available in front of the listing. In short, I would recommend it🥰.

This is a beautiful home from home, it felt like staying with friends. We visited at Easter and there were two chocolate rabbits waiting for the kids, which was a lovely touch. The kitchen, living area and main bedroom are spacious and this is a great area. Close to the beach, train station, bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and we’d go back again.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Absolutely fantastic house - beautifully decorated and lots of room for the family. It is very convenient for town and the playground is just across the road (we went twice a day during our stay!). It is on a main road though so something to consider if you have errant dogs or small children. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it!

Quality equipment and furniture (beware of the bedroom mattress in 140 rather soft) The coastal path is a 2' walk away that allows you to reach Ambleteuse or Wimereux in 15 minutes. Shops nearby and friendly communication with Virginia will invite us to come back.

This was our second stay at Fish Hoek. The views are amazing and the apartment is modern, very clean and has everything you need and more. There is secure parking. Karim and his team are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Excellent instructions on check in and check out along with helpful guide. I highly recommend you visit as soon as you can.
