Beautiful apartment and great place

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

A wonderful stay over the New Year. Flat was in a great location, perfect for walking from the door out to Beachy Head! Good amenities in the flat. Richard was very helpful and responsive host, greeting us on arrival and provided us with parking permits for each day. Would recommend.

Folkestone is always an area I am passionate about, and this Airbnb provided exactly what I was looking for. I was pleased by the friendly and helpful service, as well as the apartment looking aesthetically pleasing.

We had a great time! Thierry gave us a very nice welcome! The accommodation is in a great location facing the sea, very functional and very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a very comfortable stay at Paul’s place whilst in St Leonard’s visiting our friends for a few days. It was very clean and there was everything you could need. Also the fresh bread, butter etc were a lovely touch. We would definitely stay here again.

With potential bad weather on the horizon, I needed a place to stay close to work and also required peace and quiet to complete work commitments. I made an enquiry at 4.00pm on Friday and was in by 7.00pm. Very helpful communication, especially as it was so last minute. I arrived to find the property spotless, warm, inviting and very comfortable. It was so quiet and peaceful, located along a track but was only a mile or so to the village with a great pub and well stocked convenience store. I brought my four legged helper (a working springer) who had a pheasant wake up call each morning. That got me up and about, albeit a bit earlier than I planned. :) The walks from the door were stunning. It is a charming single bedroom property with a private terrace which had beautiful views. I can highly recommend this property if you wish to relax, unwind in front of the log burner with a good book in the winter and explore the area (Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe) in the Summer.

A beautifully cared-for spotlessly clean flat right in the heart of St Leonard's overlooking the sea, super easy check-in process. Well equipped kitchen, lovely comfy bed, FABULOUS bathtub, warm and cosy. Anna super helpful and welcoming, very quick to answer any questions. Definitely will book again! Janey’s place is an absolute diamond! It has everything you could need, feels so homely, super comfy beds and a fabulous location. An absolute gem, we’ll definitely visit again. Deal is such a beautiful town, with so much history and the wider area is beautiful and so much to explore.

Great location, beautiful view and super cool apartment. We loved the eccentric curated style and the art and books. Don’t expect polished - this feels like a home, the kitchen is rather random, and it’s a little ‘lived in’. It’s a bit pricier than similar airbnbs in the area, but this gets you a truly unique place.

Kate's Airbnb was just as advertised. We were very happy with out stay and would absolutely stay again. :)

Tarek was extremely friendly and helpful. He kept up excellent communication before my trip, was there to meet me on the day and was very responsive throughout my stay. He even went over and above by providing me a fan given the extremely warm weather at the start. The place is very well connected with a 20 min bus to Woolwich and nice peaceful surroundings nearby. The place is worth the price, especially if you are looking for a short stay. Given my stay was longer, Tarek has been really helpful in making my stay as comfortable as possible and providing extras where he can. Would recommend for sure!

Very well equipped and convenient. This small apartment is conveniently located in a very golfed area and suitable for walking, horseback or cycling in the woods! Too bad for the lack of Wifi because the 3 or 4G coverage is not really ideal.

The apartment is in a great location with plenty of transport links close by and has a homely and quiet feel despite the close proximity to the city. It is a cosy and tranquil space inside that is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts were extremely hospitable and helpful with the check in process and had no issue when our train arrived later as expected. Meeting us from the tube station was a nice touch as finding the apartment may have been a little difficult at first, but all doubts were erased with this small, but hugely appreciated detail. Our stay had no faults and I would be delighted to stay again when we next make a visit to London! Thank you very much!!

what can I say!! open the door to be met by a lovely fresh clean smell and a well stocked and thoughtful hamper, fresh fruit bowl and loaf of bread on the table. Big tell in the lounge area. tv in other rooms, all with Internet. Fresh milk in the fridge. The host definitely has put a lot of thought in to this place. All the kitchen utensils you could shake a stick at. Rebecca was very responsive to a couple of questions I had which was great. all beds were extremely comfy. Best caravan we've stayed in by far. Can't wait to return.
