Olivia was incredibly nice and responsive when I needed help. She fixed any issues I had within a blink of an eye. The neighbor Rebecca was very sweet and even gave me some insight to local events. Would LOVE to stay here again if Olivia would have me and my friends again. Wonderful place to stay and beautiful sights from the backyard EVEN SAW A DOLPHIN!!!

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend trip. Clean, quiet, convenient parking and is close to everything in OBA.

Description & pictures are spot on and we NEVER heard any neighbors! Elevators were not a problem as we were weren't staying during peak season. Keith had great suggestions on being prepared for potential long check ins and elevator waits. Check in was less than 5 minutes & we had a 5 minute wait one time for the elevator! 180° view of the ocean is breath taking. We saw a manatee, and watched visits from manna rays several times a day. Bed & linens were very comfortable, & I'm picky about linens! My back never hurt due to an uncomfortable bed. I would find myself waking up at night and going out to the balcony to take in the sights & sounds. With a full moon during our stay the beach was fairly bright at night. Several beach towels, chairs, & umbrella were available for us. The walk to the water is a shorter distance than other beaches. Bring a scoop of some sort to look for the bigger sea shells! Come prepared for a very pleasant week & a lot of time at the beach!

I can't say enough for this place! We were already looking to see if dates were available next year to rebook. Fun decor, very clean, spacious, huge balcony, great location. I was so excited to finally find a beach place that wasn't decorated in cheesy beach decor! We stayed in January and we practically had a private beach. Quiet, peaceful and great location. Allison was amazing - very responsive! They had even decorated for the holiday coming up (Valentines). We never cooked so I can't speak to whether the kitchen was well stocked or not - other than there were plenty of glasses, mugs and the coffee pot was ready to go. Super thoughtful "care package" with the basics to get us started (roll of paper towels, pack of laundry detergent, pack of dishwasher detergent). Just enough for us to have time to get settled then get to Walmart which was right across the street to get what we needed for our stay. Really can't recommend this place enough and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful week at Chrystal's place! She was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. This was my first time booking a rental through airbnb and it definitely did not disappoint! My family and I had a very memorable vacation and hope to have the opportunity to stay in this rental in the future!

The reviews were spot-on -- this cottage was adorable, quiet, peaceful and very relaxing! Just a short ride to Fairhope, where the town was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Day trip to Gulf Shores was both a lovely scenic ride as well as easy beach access. Excellent restaurant choices in both locations. We brought lounge chairs to relax comfortably on the beach, as well as on the covered deck of the pier at the cottage, enjoying nature and the peace & quiet this time of year.

This place was great. Just as advertised. Perfect location, quiet, relaxing and was able to dock our boat. Could not have asked for a better place.

It was a wonderful place for us to have a great family reunion! The house was roomy and spacious, with plenty of things to use on our mini vacation (ping pong table, beach toys, etc). Kitchen was well stocked with all the flatware, pots, pans, blenders, etc. Location of house was within walking distance of the beach; a big plus. We would definitely consider staying there on a trip in the future! Thanks!

The best way i can describe this place is comfy and cozy! We felt like we were at home. We had a blast! It’s quiet and peaceful. We came to Panama City to visit friends we haven’t seen in over 20 years. This was the perfect place for us to meet up. Darin’s home is clean and equipped with everything you need. Beds are comfortable. The views are beautiful. The sun room is a perfect spot for coffee and sunrises! Darin is a fabulous host! He’s very quick to respond. We would definitely return!!!

This was my first time renting an Airbnb. I was traveling with my reactive rescue dog, Waffles so I needed a full house in a relaxed area that was still close to everything especially the water. Nancy and David were so responsive to every message and I cannot thank them enough. The home was even nicer than the photos and it had everything I needed. Walking the dog down the driveway and right across the street to the beach was so nice. It was close to restaurants, shopping and even a wonderful dog park. If I ever travel to the area again, this is where I will stay. Highly recommend!

We visited in October 2024 -had 6 kids(9,10,12,12,13,14) &6 adults(42,43,44,44,68,78) & felt like the space was great for not feeling on top of each other but could come together to eat & play whenever we wanted. The basement was great for the oldest two as they could get in and out with no stairs and easy access to pool and dock. Plus they had their own kitchen area.The main floor has two rooms - a shared bathroom plus a great couch where I think all 6 kids enjoyed some relaxation most mornings. The upper floor takes a good three sets of stairs to get to primary room & bunk/full bed room that both have their own bathroom. The home was well stocked with hand soaps, shampoos/conditioner in each room which was an added bonus. Major cooks may struggle a bit with quality of pots and pans but if you’re like us vacation is for eating out:) We loved the outdoor amenities & Lauras willingness to help with lifejackets for the teens when we didn’t see any. Would love to return and recommend!

My wife and I were fortunate to find Brooke's studio the wknd of 10/11/24. From the start, Brooke was an early communicator, and prompt responder. Checking in was easy and literally stress free. Any questions were answered quickly, usually within 10-15min. The unit itself is clean, modern, and in an extremely convenient location. The Olive Garden in the parking lot, the bar across the street, and easy access to shopping and services all add value to the property. The other tangible perks of the property include waterfront views, pool and laundry, and parking within 20ft of the door (which is invaluable!). I highly recommend this property, and Brooke as a responsive host; it wouldn't occur to me to stay anywhere else in the FWB area. Deal with confidence!

Tom's condo is compact but nicely done. We only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it had a full size refrigerator. It is ideal for two people, the pool and balcony were great, and everything worked. The bathroom had a great set of drawers and cabinets to store all our stuff. The location was ideal, right on the inter-coastal and convenient to a number of great beaches on the gulf. it is set back from a main road so it was surprisingly quiet, had a lot of parking space.

This apartment was as described in the bio plus more positive details. Easy parking . Inviting colors . Beautiful views. Clean. Well stocked . Owners have great hospitality skills. The hard floors made it easy for rolling bags n cooler. The step in shower was a blessing . Nice chairs on the balcony to relax outside. There was no loud noise from anyone in or around our unit or the building. Safe and nice people were around us . We were very pleased and will stay again next time we visit family in Pensacola .

This home was a lovely two bedroom, one full bath, with the perfect individual attention to detail. The space was kept up nicely with several household items already in stock for guest use, and in condo wifi. The host Alina and Matt were fantastic. Great communication was given the days prior to our travel and stay day of. Care was taken when giving us advice and tips when coming for our trip. I couldn't have been happier with the overall experience I had. From the gorgeous views, stocked household, to the lovely hosts themselves: Overall a wonderful trip and I'd reccomend this listing to anyone coming!

Really wanted to stay on the Gulf and accidentally booked on the bay. The bay at Pensacola is beautiful and clear. We could still see the beach/ ocean waves from our front door. Off the back balcony we could hear the waves at the bay just like Oceanside. Perfect location!
