Kathy’s space was much better even than the listing photos! A great price for a great location and a quick weekend stay. She was very responsive and has a very reasonable pet fee. Thanks for your hospitality Kathy!

My best friend and my two daughters and I stayed here one night so that we could attend a wedding at the nearby Supposey. This is an older residential area but there is so much development going in and around this location. Very safe. You are close to downtown, great restaurants, and the Wahoo stadium. The house was beautifully appointed and we loved the style and decor. We spent the morning sipping coffee and rocking on the front porch. The only dowside two hours stay was that we could only stay one night. Have to get back to cold Illinois.. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. I love the location of the house because it’s about 3 min to the beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need. Central location for all activities. We will be back!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Honestly the couch was probably the best part about the place, I didn’t even pull out the bed because it was just SO COMFORTABLE, me and my friends that stayed ended up falling asleep on the couch a bunch of times because it was just that good. The place was really clean and the area is beautiful and close to everything, I almost messaged the host to see if I could pay extra to stay longer because the place was that amazing. The host always checked in on us and made sure we were always good and they’re really nice and lovely people to talk to. 10/10 experience

I came down here for a business trip, I’m super picky about where I stay. This beautiful apartment is that sold on the bay with a brilliant view. It has a great beach vibe to in such a subtle environment to be around. Next year for my plant exposition I will definitely be back at this spot. It’s always good to know that you don’t have to worry about where you’re going to sleep at for the week when you’ve never been to the city.

We had a wonderful stay with two young kids and one grandparent! The condo had everything we needed and more - we especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the balconies. The access to the pool and private beach is so convenient - I worried that being on the first floor would be loud, but the condo is very well sound-proofed and we barely heard other guests. Would love to stay here again!

We were excited to visit Fairhope and unwind. Our stay here truly exceeded all expectations. Karin and Keifer have thought of every detail, going above and beyond to ensure our time was not just comfortable, but unforgettable. The home is absolutely stunning, thoughtfully appointed with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing retreat. The location was perfect—just a short distance to all the charm Fairhope has to offer. Everyone was so welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the warmer weather!

We spent a lovely two weeks over the Christmas holiday with friends and family, and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook family dinners, and the knives were sharp! The living room is really welcoming and comfy. It was too cold to spend much time outdoors in the mornings and evenings, but the outside space is large with lots of seating. The house is a short walk to downtown, and near our favorite brewery (Odd Colony) and many good restaurants. Overall, a great value and a pleasant experience!

I came down there single and I left engaged!. I decided to stay there because it was just one bedroom and an hour away from Tallahassee. Place was great.

Sherrie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the beach and restaurants near by. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Jane was amazing! She was able to respond very quickly if we had any questions. Her space was large enough to comfortably accommodate my whole family. She had enough towels and supplies in the home to last us the whole weekend. The location of the home was very close to downtown, so we were never to far way from any thing. Loved the experience. 10/10 highly recommend :)

We used this beach house for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it is in a great location - steps from the beach! It's a lovely home and we had an amazing time!
