Tiny house vacation rentals in Florida Panhandle

We spent a month at this cozy and comfortable cottage on Santa Rosa Sound. Steve and Tara are great hosts - responsive and very helpful. Having access to the waterfront is a real bonus with an already good place to stay. The listing is very up front about being on highway 98, but the noise didn't bother us.

Perfect for what we needed. Much more open than the pictures. Carrie was very responsive and answered any questions that I had. Will definitely stay there again!

I was very reluctant seeing the online pictures and understanding that it was just a small trailer/tiny home. I was also concerned since it was 3 or 4 blocks from the beach. However, the smallness was fine for just my husband and me. We had what we needed which was a king size bed and a one and a half bathroom. We both had our own toilet and sink area, only shared the shower. We had plenty of cool air, even w/o running the one in the front den/kitchen area. The back air cooled all the way to the front. We weren’t cooking. The distance to the beach was not a the negative as I had imagined. We took our golf cart and enjoyed riding the back neighborhoods and down to eat in Mexico Beach. This cottage is much closer to Mexico Beach than Port Saint Joe. We also took our dog who enjoyed the vacation as much as us. The house was perfectly set up for him. And the beaches were dog friendly and having the ability to take him made the stay complete. One of our best, most affordable beach stays!

Ms. Vicki, is a wonderful host, the house is very clean, has a quint vide when you walk in the house, felt right at home, quiet neighborhood, bed is so comfortable. She left us a wonderful treat of homemade cookies. I would definitely book her place again, as we will often visit our Marine son while his in school there.

Great place for us to stay with our 2 dogs! The cottage had everything we needed. It was quiet, the grounds were beautiful, and Charlie was a great host! Would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, Laura was incredibly helpful and communicative, ensuring everything was in order for my arrival. They provided clear directions to the property and even gave me a list of local recommendations, which was so appreciated. The rental itself was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location, which was perfect for exploring the area. It was close to great restaurants and shops, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Laura's hospitality truly made me feel at home. This was a great vacation rental that was beautifully decorated, and conveniently located to shopping, golf course, restaurants. There were 2 bedrooms but a day bed offered additional space. The house was very tastefully decorated and well maintained. You could easily spend your entire time on the resort and not even need to leave.

Great value on your own private cottage in the host’s backyard. The hosts were so nice and warm and offered us local tips and things to do. Location is minutes from downtown Pensacola and NAS and was super easy to find. Extra blankets, towels and snacks are provided ~ which can be skimped on with other hosts and are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much for the lovely stay!

Lovely place to stay

I didn’t actually get a chance to stay here because the trip got canceled due to bad weather, but Felix was very responsive and helpful with getting it all sorted out. I plan to attempt to stay again hopefully in the near future.

Tina/ Mark are awesome. Always available and proactive to make sure I was comfortable. It is the perfect place for me. I stayed twice and will be back definitely

We stayed for a long weekend at the Blackwater Bungalow-such a charming lil cabin! Absolutely loved it & our stay. Pool in the park was a treat & was so refreshing. Beaches are an easy drive, as are local supermarkets. Locals are friendly in this area. I’m not sure what kind of mattress is on the master bed in this sweet cabin, but man-did my husband & I sleep like babies—so comfortable & perfect! Thank you for a delightful stay, Robert! We had a terrific time on our vacation & stay in your Air BnB.

Clean, quiet and comfortable for two, plus our small pup- short walk to the bay, with a nice dock you can set a chair and fish if you like- very peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed !! Short drive to the beaches and restaurants it was all just perfect !! Thank you 😊

Nice, clean, cozy studio with porch and parking. Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Convenient to many more. Great stay, great host. Recommend if you're visiting Destin area.

Perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation!!

Lovely retreat. 😊 One of the cleanest, quietest, most private, & beautifully curated spaces I’ve ever booked! The landscaping is beautiful, too. I felt transported as I walked up the driveway because most of the surrounding homes have very open and basic yards. You can tell the hosts really take pride in their home, they created a true oasis all around.

Very peaceful and comfortable. Location was convenient to surrounding amenities at Foley and Gulf Shores. Enjoyed the fire pit outside and the outdoor shower. Less than a mile to the Tin Top Restaurant and the Swift-Cole’s Historic House. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re on the fence about booking your stay, three words— GO. FOR. IT. Rosemary has cultivated a lovely space that is MORE than worth its value. Excellent location, exceptional accommodations, an overall fantastic experience!

We stayed for three months at Abi and Ryan’s and had a lovely time! It was walking distance to downtown, two beautiful parks, and Joe Patti’s! The cottage is adorable and all worked well while we were there. The beds and furniture weren’t incredibly comfortable, but certainly did not impede our good time there. We will hope to stay there again next time we’re in Pensacola!
