This property was even more than we expected. The home is stunningly beautiful and the location couldn’t be more perfect. I’m looking forward to booking with Latitude Key in the near future and for years to come. Their process and communication are extremely professional and very thorough. I had a very last minute request and was not expecting a response at a very late hour and yet they were nice and courteous enough to respond anyway. Their customer service was extraordinary to say the least. One of my best AirBnb rental experiences!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Peaceful and Relaxing Stay We had a very pleasant stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout the process. It’s an ideal place if you’re looking for rest and quiet. The silence policy is taken seriously, so be mindful of noise—even a cheerful round of “Happy Birthday” might be best kept to a whisper. Overall, a great place to unwind and recharge. Would definitely return for another peaceful escape.

Our family had a great stay at this beautiful villa in Miami. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious layout, stunning decor, and the relaxing ambiance. The house was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was the highlight—our kids loved playing in the huge pool while we relaxed on the lounge chairs, soaking up the Miami sun. The private backyard was perfect for family barbecues, and we even enjoyed a few peaceful evenings in the hot tub. The villa's location was ideal—just a short drive to Sunny Isles beach, fantastic restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and even offering great local recommendations. We truly felt at home but with all the luxuries of a five-star resort. If you're looking for the perfect place for a family getaway in Miami, this villa is it! We can’t wait to come back!

Honestly, I didn’t want to write this—because if I come back to Miami, I hope it’s still available. But here it is: this place is exceptional. Super spacious, beautifully styled, and everything felt new. Comfy beds, high-quality linens, big showers, great kitchen, and an awesome layout for hanging out. The outdoor space was amazing—seating all around, cool furniture, great vibe. We didn’t use the pool (they heated it for us!), but everything else was perfect. We were in town for a convention at Turnberry and picked this over a hotel for our group of five—definitely the right move. The hosts were super responsive, everything worked flawlessly, and it all felt high-spec. If you’re thinking about booking it, stop thinking and do it. We didn’t even use the pool (which they kindly heated for us), but the outdoor setup was great—seating areas all around the house, stylish furniture, and a really chill vibe. Our stay at this 3-bedroom condo at the 1 Hotel was incredible! Stunning space, amazing amenities, and the perfect South Beach vibe. While late check-out wasn’t possible, it didn’t take away from the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an amazing family vacation. The house and outdoor space were both immaculate. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was an easy walk to the ocean through a very nice neighborhood. We would 10/10 recommend staying here.
