DirectTV on both TV's (living room and bedroom). Central A/C, pay-per use laundry facilities available. Heated pool and several propane BBQ's on site as well. Beach is a very short 4 min walk. Everything Hoot described was perfect. he personally reached out to us prior to check in and also checked in with us throughout the day. He was fantastic and very flexible. The place is exactly as described and I would not hesitate to rent from him again. He is a class act through and through. The kitchen was stocked with leftover amenities from other guests, which made it easy. I would recommend not going to the store unless you absolutely need to get something until you see what is there to use. Thank you to all the previous renters for sharing their goodies that were not needed at the end of their stay. Excellent Host!

Sandra’s place was beautiful and she was a wonderful host. She was proactive in giving us all the information we needed to settle in AND also providing wonderful recommendations to restaurants around the area (three of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed). Very responsive to any questions we had regarding locations of certain items or locations. The place itself was very cozy and homey. Felt very comfortable relaxing there in such a serene environment. Will gladly take an opportunity to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at Michael’s Grandview Unit. Great location with easy access to the beach, short walks to restaurants, and very quiet neighbors during our stay. The hot tub and tennis court were great amenities. Everything was included in the kitchen to make cooking our own breakfasts and lunches simple. And the shower pressure was top notch. I would stay here again.

New Luxe Oceanfront Condo Bay Harbor - Great VIEWS

We reserved two units owned by Paula in this building and both were exceptional. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed as described. The balconies are huge and have beautiful views of the waterway and Bal Harbour skyline. In the evening, the water is lit up near the building with green lights bringing fish to the area. One night we saw a pod of dolphins swimming around in the water breaching. The unit is a 10-15 leisurely walk to the beach via 96th street. Pura Vida is an excellent place for breakfast / dinner, about 1 min walk down the road. There are exceptional restaurants, close by in the Bal Harbour shops, along Harding Avenue and on 96 street before the causeway, as well as a pharmacy and Publix grocery store. Everything is within walking distance. It's a superb area. Paula send great instruction in advance and everything is as she described. She is also very responsive to any questions. We will be back!

This was a weekend trip for my mom's 81st birthday. We had a good time with family. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and very convenient to the areas we needed to go. Check-In/Out was a breeze. My only issue was the internet kept going in and out the whole time. I was considering bringing my laptop to do some work but decided last minute to leave work at home, glad I did. The television in the bedroom needs upgrading/updating, the command time response timing took way too long to turn on and sift through channels. Other than the TV and Wi-Fi issue, the place was great, and we had a good trip.

This place is a gem! The condo was very spacious and it was supplied with everything we needed, no need to buy any extras like other places we have stayed at- Thank you for that! The pool was fantastic! Walking distance to beautiful Smathers Beach. We did not get to do any water activities due to the wind but we had fun exploring around town. Will definitely be returning!

Great location and Great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The unit beautifully decorated, cleaned well and included little things that made our stay even better— laundry detergent and good quality sanitary items/toiletries. The linens/towels were great. The only thing we would recommend would be to have better pillows. We would definitely visit again!

Sean and Denise were amazing hosts. They were extremely responsive and very flexible with check-in and check-out. Their place was perfect and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. The grounds are great with access to both a private beach and pool. There are so many things to do in the area and the restaurants are fabulous. My family will definitely be back.

Richard and Christine were amazing host. Highly recommend the condo. The beaches were overcrowded instead we enjoyed both North and South Pool. It was great to have the Dolphin was on the property. Definitely checkout the Marco Island Historical and Eco Endeavors in Goodland, Everglades National Park.
