All three beds feature memory foam and cozy bedding to provide a wonderful night’s sleep. The house is fully stocked with Smart televisions including cable, high speed wifi, a washer and dryer, toiletries, and plenty of books, puzzles, toys and games. Bayview Cottage is an ideal home for families or a group of friends enjoying the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast! Bayview Cottage may also be rented in conjunction with Bayview House, a larger home that sleeps 4 guests and is located right next door. Consider renting both homes together for larger parties or a gathering where families may want their own space. Together both homes can accommodate parties of 8 and each home has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! This waterfront property is great for cozy evenings around the firepit. During low tide clam from the property or take a nature hike around the bay. Large picture windows provide views of the incredible sunsets while staying warm and cozy indoors. Along with the cottage, enjoy the deck with lawn chairs as well as the waterfront fire pit in the private backyard. I am available by phone, text or email at anytime during your stay. I live nearby if you need anything while you are at the cottage. The cottage is located just a few blocks from Downtown North Bend, a small coastal town with shops, restaurants, antique stores and pubs. Located at the end of a quiet road next to a nature park providing ample opportunity to observe wildlife including deer and many birds. A short drive to several beaches and sand dunes for a day full of outdoor adventures. Plenty of parking for your toys including boats and trailers is available. World famous Bandon Dunes Golf Course is less than a 30 minute drive away! Conveniently located just a few blocks off of the Scenic Coastal Highway and a quick 5 minute drive to the North Bend airport.

Oceanfront Cozy Cabin with Private Backyard Beach

Our family beach house is located in the Bayshore Beach Club neighborhood of Waldport, OR with the Pacific Ocean out the back door. The house has its own little protected beach area in the backyard out of the wind. The upstairs has two bedrooms with king sized beds, a great room, kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom has a new shower with two shower heads and a sliding door out to the back patio. Downstairs is a perfect hang out space. There's a sitting area, TV, bunk bed and queen bed.

Saunders Lakefront Retreat 600ft from Dunes

Lakefront home on Saunder’s Lake. Located 600ft from the dune entrance and a five minute ATV ride to the beach. Purchased property to build new home in a few years. We enjoy staying there so much that we decided to rent out the current older mobile as an opportunity to stay lakefront 600ft from the sand until construction begins for a fraction of what the price will be after we build. Please keep in mind that this is an older mobile as the price reflects so don’t expect a newly remodeled home.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

This is our second stay at Chad’s cottage. It was a stunningly beautiful weekend and the autumn leaves reflected in the river with herons and seals cruising by was incredible. Chad and his wife are always super friendly, the cottage spotless and the beds comfy. My husband would take each of the kids canoeing up and down the river to fish for salmon in a canoe provided. If you don’t have a river house with all the toys, this is the next best thing.

What a unique and special place! My school aged kids and I loved this. Aside from the rare train rumbling by, it was remarkably and refreshingly peaceful. All the fun of camping but with no hassle, amazing amenities, quiet, and SO comfortable. We did an excursion to the swimming pool in Newport for showers after our sandy beach excursion but I was surprised how easy it was to get a little hot water for face washing and dishwashing right in the boat. Chad and Suzanne wrote wonderfully clear instructions on how to do all the things in this amazing little hideaway.

Breathtaking lakefront home with private dock

I rarely leave reviews because I feel if you met expectations thats three stars, four stars exceeded expectations, and five stars is above and beyond. Most air BNB's I stay at or inspect have the most basic items checked off with maintenance greatly needed and just bland. This home was very much not that way. It was the perfect combination of a hotel room, clean with little shampoos, abundances of amenities. All around it very much exceeded our expectations. We will certainly be staying again.
