Great location, easy walk to restaurants, grocery store and beach. We are looking forward to our next stay.

My family and I had a great time here. The view from the master bedroom with deck to walk out to was wonderful. I loved the media room with surround sound and a wide selection of dvds. We enjoyed the aquarium which was only a mile away. Richard did a nice job communicating and hosting. We would return.

Beautiful home and location! Was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend at the beach with our dogs. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful as well. Would definitely go back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay!! The house was older but well updated. Very, very clean - which as a germaphobe was a HUGE win for me. They were super accommodating when we asked to bring three dogs! The yard is fully fenced except for a tiny area by the south neighbor's yard. A short walk down to a beautiful pristine beach and a quick walk up to a little coffee stand (even had gluten free snacks!). Great hot tub and views! We also loved the pool table and played every night! Also it was perfect for our 6 year old - safe and lots for him to do. Thank you so much for hosting our family!!

The beach location was fantastic for storm watching, beach walking and sitting in the hot tub looking out at the sea! Kids loved the game area and little den with TV. The layout of the house was perfect for our group to spread out, play games and cook for a crowd! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here with my family! Bedding was amazing, plenty of rags, towels and blankets. It was so nice having the washing machine and very clear instruction on how to get in and use everything! We had a really good time!

Surprisingly roomie house, well laid out with ample features for all our guests to be comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic for meals with family. We brought the suggested list of items that Bonnie had prepared in her listing, which served us well. The instructions were clear, with one exception. The napping service often tried to take us around the loop for access to the house in a way that would’ve high centered our very tall truck, and other guests were unable to navigate that route entirely. That is not any fault of our host, but it is something people should be aware of when they go to visit this lovely place.

The cabin was rustic but cute. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it rained heavily for most of our stay and we were unprepared for that so we didn’t go crabbing and fishing at the coast like we planned. The location was a little too far away for visiting friends and family but that was just a function of not being familiar with the area. We made it work, traveled to get our visits in, and enjoyed our time away.

This house was perfect for us! The bonus room upstairs provided a great space for us to be “together” while doing different activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cattail Cottage. It's that quiet private gem in the woods that we were looking for to disconnect and enjoy one another's company without all the distractions. We got the best night's sleep. We saw deer, hummingbirds, snails, and slugs in the yard and walking on the path. We cooked all our meals at the cottage and ate outdoors. Enjoyed our coffee by the river in the mornings to watch the birds. It's close enough town if you need cell service or supplies and to access fun adventurous day hikes. The host was very friendly and we were impressed with all the Murtlewood decor throughout the cottage. The pictures and description were spot on. We will definitely be back.

Gary's place exceeded our expectations. The house is very comfortable and the view of the harbor fantastic. GAry is a very responsive and helpful host. We hope we have the opportunity to come back.

Our book club has had the great experience of staying in this wonderful home for many years. This was our first April stay which gave us longer days to enjoy the incredible views. We also noticed different wildlife such as bald eagles and pelicans. We look forward to returning to Siah’s family home in October.

Julie was very helpful and accommodating throughout. This is an easy Yachats village stay with a short walk to the store, restaurants, and beach.

Great location in the charming town of Yachats with easy access to multiple beaches, shops and restaurants. The view from the house is better than the pictures show. Huge house perfect for large gatherings. “Comfortably” dated for a laid back kid friendly vibe. Do be prepared for more cleaning at checkout than a typical AirBnb which may be needed to support turn around time with such a large house hosting large numbers of guests. It was perfect for our combination Thanksgiving + 70th birthday celebration.

Great place and an awesome location near everything at Nye Beach. Hope to come back soon!

Personal preferences: Love being above tsunami zone; complementary views of rock garden behind and ocean waves in front; spacious workable kitchen space w/views; bathroom for each bedroom. Appreciate especially the thought that went into planning for individual comfort in each living space. Our second time here and will certainly hope to stay again.
