Great location to the Ocean, easy access from driveway. Great views overall. It was nice to leave the firewood for the fireplace, and it was easy to pick up more from the Market in town. The Kitchen was really accessible, and easy to use. Some of the people in my group were not a fan of the 2 steps go get from the kitchen/living room area up to the dining room area and premium view of the Ocean. But, for most people it was not a problem. The TV’s were nice and easy to use as well. Great place overall!

Great location and very comfortable

Four of us stayed here for 4 nights in April to celebrate a friend’s 60th birthday who was staying a short walk away. We found the house to be very clean & comfortable, easy to cook in and great for relaxing in the living room. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms well-equipped. One thing to note is that the 2 bedrooms are quite different. One is a primary suite facing the ocean with a large bathroom and king bed. The other is a modest but nice bedroom facing the street, with a queen bed - the bathroom is down the short hall. It does have a shower/bath and is perfectly fine, but for planning purposes good to know in advance. The house is a block up from the beach with a lovely view of the ocean. Access to the beach is easy as there are access points periodically one block down for long walks on the sand. Thanks Ron & Brandi! We all agree that we highly recommend Rayne or Shine Getaway!!

We loved everything about the Huckleberry house, and Debra is a perfect host! Very clean, spacious and comfortable, peaceful, beautiful lake view, well-stocked kitchen and hot tub was perfect after a day along the coast!

The Surf House was simply awesome. So cozy, so fun, spectacular views and private beach. We will return as soon as we can. Amazing hosts, best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far. Just book it, you’ll be happy you did!

Overall, we loved staying here! Lovely accommodations, very clean, good location in town - close enough to walk to Old Town. Lots of attention to detail. The outside area is glorious, with the garden, the hot tub and the sauna. We would return -- that said, a few things do need attention. - When others are in the adjoining unit, it's not like being next door, with sound muffled through walls. The main room for the smaller unit is on the other side of a thin door -- every word they say comes through, as well as whatever they're watching. The door should be insulated/soundproofed, and covered by a wall-hanging - an easy/inexpensive fix. - The tub should have a non-stick surface -- very slick while showering. Also, there could be a bathmat, outside the tub, for when we step out -- again, a potentially slick/fall situation. - We very much missed having a toaster - we couldn't find one in the otherwise well-stocked kitchen. We had FAR too many burnt-offerings in using the broiler.

The view was gorgeous. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short drive from shops to visit. The space was perfect for accommodating our large group. A great option for large get togethers.

Great location with a view of the ocean. I enjoyed the hot tub with privacy fence. You can walk to the beach. Although the path down is steep and would not be accessible to some, I didn’t have any issues. Also a short walk to a cafe/bistro. Fully equipped kitchen and an overall spacious comfy space. It was a wonderful weekend away, I’d go back for sure.

What a lovely home! Sweet Homes doesn’t again! I will stay with them again and again, and I’m already planning a trip back to this exact house. Really so happy with it!

This was a perfect place to stay. Had a beautiful view from living room and private hot tub with the same beautiful view. Large beds, plenty of space, good sized kitchen that was well stocked. Will definitely book again when we come back to Oregon.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin house. Our kids, 8 and 5, loved the toys available to play with both inside and outside. The small, sandy area at the front of the house was the perfect place for them to play with the beach toys provided. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. It says it is not included and they mean it.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

This place is incredible. You won't find a better spot. The backyard is sand dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean, and, to what feels like, a private beach. This is especially perfect for one or multiple families. Six bunkbeds and lots of toys and a play area for small children. Our kids had an absolute blast! You'll love this spot, and Claudia is super responsive to any needs that may arise :)

Dawniel's Cottage was quaint, clean, and well equipped with the amenities necessary to be a second home. The coastal-themed decor neatly accentuated its location. Despite being in close proximity to the schools, the neighborhood was quite peaceful and quiet. The backyard fountain was pleasant, providing a haven for the occasional hummingbird and a place to contemplate activities for the day. The cottage was centrally located to meet our travel plans. We had a very nice opportunity to visit nearby coastal communities, the unique places, and natural features on a day-by-day basis. We had a most wonderful time. Thank You!

We loved this place, the views were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the host was extremely friendly and responsive. I think well be back soon!!

The house was very nice and accommodated us well. We enjoyed the stay. We had our “Christmas” dinner there and it was a nice kitchen to cook in. The only thing was there were no serving dishes like bowls or platters. Otherwise it was great

Extremely affordable place. Stayed for a week for a work trip and it was spacious and comfortable!

Great location and the outside space is great! Lots of room for trucks with trailers.

This house is old and quirky but so well kept and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Private beach access was great. And the view!! The view is absolutely incredible, from the living room and the bedroom. That was the best part of our whole trip! We loved staying here and would definitely come again. Oh and an added bonus - the restaurant right next door has great food, beer, and coffee!

The house was very clean, comfortable, nice and spacious with beach themed decor. There were a few maintenance things that I brought to Brian’s attention, which he thanked me for, but nothing worth saying anything negative about :) We were there for a family function and had a wonderful time and felt right at home in this comfortable house. Nye beach is one of our favorite places to go, so we were happy that the house was close by. We would definitely stay again:)

This house was incredibly well stocked and made great use of the available space! It stands out as one of the best I've stayed in. Tessa was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is enjoying the Yachats area. It was very clean and conveniently located to things in town and the Yachats State Park. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!
