Monthly Rentals in Flimwell

The house is on a main road which is very busy, however the house itself and the garden chalet is surprisingly extremely quiet. The hosts were very friendly and gave us tips for walks, directly from the house. We stayed a couple of nights, so it was fine for us - plus a private enclosed drive meant that we could leave the car packed without worrying. It may though be a little confined if staying for longer periods during the winter months. In the summer I imagine, this would be very different as there is a great outdoor space and terrace. We loved it!

Great Airbnb, very compact, easy space to stay and enjoy. It was spotless and free of clutter. The hot tub was lovely and the decking pathway to get to it was setup with antislip material. It was lovely that extra towels are provided for the hot tub. Easy to park and access.

Paul's space was perfect for my four-night stay. It had everything I needed to be comfortable, and has a lot of great features (key safe, easy to use heating and hot water system, lamps with USB ports). I arrived later than planned and was able to let myself in without any hassle. Paul came around the next evening to introduce himself and check that everything was OK, a gesture that I appreciated :)

What a hidden gem The cabin is. Private ,quiet, stunning views all on a working farm. This is the first time that we have used airbnb so didn't really know what to expect but we were more than pleasantly surprised. The cabin had everything we needed in the cupboards and drawers. The pond on the farm is a must for any youngsters who like fishing, our grandchildren caught lots of small Roach and I managed a 9lb Common Carp using maggots and bread. Sarrisa the host also has 2 lovely sheepdogs who visited us most days along with 5 cats, chickens, geese and cows/calves. The location is within 30 minutes of the south coast and on 55 miles from London. It really is perfect for a chilling family holiday. I would recommend the Cabin in Ticehurst 100%.
