From the moment we arrived we knew we would have a fantastic stay. The heating had been turned on ready for our arrival. Every room is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well thought out. The space is so calming and comfortable. The little welcome gifts for us and our dog were beautiful and so thoughtful. In fact the stay was so relaxing we have already booked to stay again! This little chalet had everything we needed and was cosy and warm . Lots of thoughtful touches and a great place to stay to explore the local Sussex coast. Host, Simon was a good communicator. Thank you for leaving us a pint of milk and some biscuits . We would stay again .

Popped down to Bognor to visit a friend. Peaceful and quiet, best nights sleep I’ve had in ages! Tad chilly when first arrived but the heater soon warmed the place up. Spotlessly clean. Loved the little fridge and the beverages provided. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful find! Located in a beautifully quiet culdesac, but just a 10 minute walk from local shops and bars or 20 minutes into the town centre. The studio is incredibly well appointed. It has absolutely everything you could ever need and the attention to detail is second to none. The provision of fresh milk and bread, along with top quality tea, coffee, butter, jam and so much more was so welcomed. The space is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Again, the little details and thoughtfulness of the owners were much appreciated. Pete and Sam have a beautiful balance of privacy and helpfulness; the welcome and support throughout our stay was gratefully received. We are already planning our next visit to this gorgeous wee apartment, it was just perfect.
