Monthly Rentals in Festus

This was a great place to stay with our family. The host was very proactive reaching out on check in day. Host is very inviting making sure everything was taken care of. You’re also welcome to go down and enjoy a morning coffee with Will if you’d like. We will look to book there again in the future.

Honestly it is a nice place. Getting to the house is a little tricky when it rains. There is a creek crossing in order to get to the house. I wish I was made aware of this. I drive a 4 door sedan ( which would not have cleared the creek) fortunately we decided to take my partners Subaru. The Subaru barely cleared the creek. Good luck if it rains a lot. Also, the wifi/ Internet there sucks. There is no cell service and the Internet is super slow. We just needed a place to crash somewhat near the Boone Terrier Mine for diving. This served that purpose. Just don't expect too much. The extra amenities in the master bedroom are nice ( extra pull out bed).

Location was perfect as we played a show just down the street. My band had nothing but great things to say about the space. Shelbie is a great host and extremely responsive.

I really appreciated staying at Floyd's place. It was cute and comfortable. The only surprise was the layout - the second bedroom was only accessible via the first bedroom. It was very hard to find a place with a bedroom that had 2 single beds and this definitely fit the bill. But Floyd was very accommodating and responsive when we needed the heat turned up he did it right away. I would definitely stay here again.
