Monthly Rentals in Fat Deer Key

It was our first time in Marathon and we loved staying here! A true hidden gem. The house was beautifully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Every detail was thoughtful and cozy. Most of all clean, new and modern. The neighbors were friendly and the shared outdoor areas were built for relaxation. We will definitely stay here again! This is a beautiful ocean-front condo!! It is equipped with everything needed to spend a week or many weeks. The view is incredible, the beach is very nice and walkable. It is quiet, relaxing and the pool is at least 85 in January!! Enjoyed our week very much and hope to come back for a few weeks next time!!

Jay's house at Coco Plum was the perfect location for our group visiting Marathon. The house is spectacular with the pool and tiki bar in the back yard. Everyone loved the house and was pleased at how well appointed it is. Five bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and relax on the trip. The kitchen is great and has everything needed for us to cook a few nights. We are looking at the calendar to rent again next year.
