The perfect Albufeira apartment, I had an absolutely amazing time staying in João's apartment. The location is just perfect, quiet street, but only 2 minutes away from the big shopping center and all the best restaurants in town. Staying here was a dream come true, I had such a great holiday, very good energies, I feel blessed to have had the pleasure of calling this place my home for a few weeks. Really fantastic stay and João is a very delightful host, his assistant Catarina does her best to be helpful, I give my sincere gratitude to the both. Without a doubt, 100% recommended for any duration of stay, even a very long one, because you will not want to leave, even now I am sad that I am no longer there, I will come back again for sure in the future to enjoy the very comfortable bed and the beautiful and rare green nature right outside the building. Thank you João, it was a wonderful experience that I will never forget, one of the best airbnb I ever stayed in, I am being very serious.

We spent the whole October 2024 in this apartment. It was great. It is hard to find any negatives. Probably the only disadvantage is that the balcony and windows are oriented towards quite busy street. But the location is overall very good. Less than 10 minutes walking from the beach and promenade. 3 minutes from big grocery store Pingo Doce. You can also find many restaurants and fast foods within a 10 min walking range. The flat is equipped very well for a long term stay. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, enough dishes, induction cooker, oven, big fridge with freezer, vacuum cleaner, etc. Also there is plenty of space for your stuff in various cabinets and drawers. Bathroom has large shower, toilet and bidet. You can park your car, motorbike or bicycle in a closed garage under the building. There is also nice 20x10m swimming pool (inside the block of buildings), where we swam almost every day alone. The owner Duarte was very kind and helpful. All in all, highly recommended!

I stayed at Paulo's place for one month in February and was completely satisfied. Within 5 minutes you can reach the beach and walk there for hours! In the immediate vicinity is a small supermarket where you can buy everything you need. Paulo responded immediately to questions and was a great host. I would book the place again anytime!

A very nice and comfortable apperment at the top floor. A good lay out with two doors to the big balcany with a amazing view kilometers and kilometers away. There are all the facilities your need for a short or long stay. The location is good where the services are quite near. Hih, even though the city center is not very far away, it was nice to wake up in the mornings to a rooster's crow ! Henning as a host is extremely friendly and helpful. We recommend this accommondation very warmly.
